Legal or not, here we come: ASU‘s “special-class international students”

Michelle Malkin has a must read column: Terrific: Illegal alien students registering US voters

It goes hand-in-hand with ASU President Michael Crow’s nose thumbing of the provisions of Arizona’s voter approved Proposition 300, which stipulated denial of in-state tuition rates to out-of-country illegal students.

Malkin concludes: An inconvenient reminder for you about where the leading presidential candidates stand on the DREAM Act illegal alien magnet:

Hillary is for it.

Obama is for it.

John McCain wasn’t just for it. He was a co-sponsor  of The DREAM Act in 2005 and 2007, and led the fight for the comprehensive shamnesty bill that included the DREAM Act of 2006.

What would he say about illegal alien students registering American voters?  His half-hearted robo-answer vowing to “Secure the Borders” is not sufficient.

As usual Malkin gives it to us straight. This is outrageous, to say the least.

And, we’d all had to have had our heads in the sand not to realize that what we get in the way of border security is exactly the same regardless of whether the liberal Democrat or liberal Republican candidate wins. john McCain has sold us out whenever he has had the opportunity. if the opportunity isn’t there, he creates it as with the nightmarish DREAM Act or his Amnesty horror.

I have no choice in this presidential election. There is nothing I can imagine that will convince me to place a check in the box next to his name. I say that as a lifetime and proud Republican, coming from a long line of Republicans.

As long as those illegal students would register people to vote for Amnesty McCain, he would be all for it! There’s no question here.

If he’s elected, he can name Michael Crow as his Homeland Insecurity chief. He’ll be at least as good as Chertoff–who also stinks.

Hey mis amigos, no consiguen tan enojados porque deseo borrar las fronteras de América. Las fronteras son un impedimiento y tan innecesarias. Buena suerte en aprender hablar español. usted la necesitará, mis amigos.

  4. Sideliner Says:

Good Golly!! Is that our hometown boy, Johnny McCain wishing us–his friends– mucho good luck as we learn to speak Spanish?

  5. Mark AZ Says:

Four drop houses in the last 2 days in the Phoenix area. What budget problem?

  6. Elizabeth Says:

I heard my wonderful (unfortunately former) Congressman and now talk show host, J.D. Hayworth on KFYI this afternoon. He was talking about this issue and mentioned Seeing Red AZ twice! He reads this blog and called it a great conservative blog. Not faint praise coming from someone of his stature. Congratulations, guys!

  7. Real Analysis Says:

With the indiscriminate granting of the benefits appurtenant to citizenship or benefits beyond those which are accorded citizens, the value of citizenship is undermined. This means that the contributions which citizens have already made as part of their responsibilities as citizens are devalued, and the price that citizens are willing to pay for maintenance of their nation will also decline.
