Romney was dissected, sliced and diced, put under a microscope and thrown to the wolves by the MSM and a good number of evangelicals, who found his faith just a tad too odd for their tastes.
Now look what we have. A globalist and social liberal, masquerading as a conservative, who says he doesn’t know much about economics in these desperate economic times is heading our ticket.
And, Obama, who spent 20 years sitting in the pews of a church with a hate-spewing minister gets a pass when he says he didn’t know what the man he called his mentor, was saying. Give me a break!
We are in deep trouble in this country when an upstanding and accomplished man like Mitt Romney is cast aside for a past-his-prime liberal who is no better than either of his Democrat foes.

The media does have a HUGE double standard in “dealing” with the issue of religion. Look at how easy CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, ect.. are on Obama over the issue of his minister vs how Romney was treated. Mitt was asked to defend issues with the Mormons going back over 100 years ago… The media was forever on his back about WHATEVER they didn’t like about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Obama on the other hand doesn’t have to explain how he can sit in a church with a pastor who preaches Anti-American sermons and even better is the theology of “Black Liberation” that he teaches ( Glenn Beck was able to get one of the leaders of the New Black Panthers to say that what they believe in vs the church are almost the same ) in the church that Obama must believe in… Where is the media on this?

And because of this, Mr. Conservative, we lost an articulate and proven leader. Romney ran a state, was a successful businessman and turned the Olympics around. The three liberals left in the presidential race are each one of 100 senate members who each have just one vote. They make deals but they run nothing.
