“When you put your Jesus glasses on you can’t see the truth”

World Net Daily carried this story when it first broke. Although Capistrano Unified School District dismissed complaints by parents and students, U.S. District Court Judge James Selna has ruled that Sophomore honors student Chad Farnan’s case can go forward.

The teacher, James Corbett, met his match when Chad recorded some of his inappropriate and bigoted rants.

Here is the account as carried in the Orange Country Register. The case is expected to be heard this month.

Just the type of school and teacher I’d like influencing my children. No wonder so many parents are deciding against enrolling their children in government schools.

This young man is a true hero. I wish him well as this court case proceeds. Maybe this action will put the fear of God in like minded teachers and administrators.

And California is hounding homeschoolers? Corbett is a disgrace as much as the school system that allows him to teach for 19 years. He should be fired and his teaching certification revoked. I hope this young man and his attorney wipe the floor with Corbett and shut him up for good.
