As he wages a campaign for the District 18 senate seat, Rep. Russell Pearce sends out this note to supporters. He has received the endorsement of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association. (PLEA): The videos on the PLEA site make for fascinating viewing.
“My good friends (they have endorsed me for Senate and we have worked well together on public safety issues), the men and women in the Phoenix Police Department “get it” and are very concerned about our safety and would love to do more to make our neighborhoods safer, but the Mayor and Public Safety Director Harris refuse to take the handcuffs off and let them do their job. Not a lack of authority, a lack of political will on the part of the Mayor and his allies. They put law breakers above law keepers and your safety or the Rule of Law.”
Seeing Red AZ applauds this important police endorsement of Rep. Russell Pearce.
Pearce has also been overwhelmingly endorsed by the Maricopa County Executive Guidance Committee (EGC).

Rep. Russell Pearce is a good man who is being challenged by a relative of open-borders advocate Jeff Flake. This is not a contest, it’s arrogance and foolishness being operated from behind the curtain by a petty and vindictive man.
Russell Pearce is a man with outstanding credentials and deserves our support!

PLEA’S endorsement of Pearce is huge considering police and fire unions (almost) always endorse the left. I wonder what hizzonner, the little left dictator has to say about this one. This isn’t just an endorsement for Pearce, it’s also an indictment of film-strip phil gordon. Thank you Phoenix Police for standing tall and telling it like it is once again. Our brave blue line is protecting us more than most will ever appreciate. Another great reason to sign the recall mayor gordon petition.

GO RUSSELL! We love you for standing up to the elite goon squads of the Republican & Democrat parties, the Chambers of Commerce and the MSM. If only we had more politicians like you who put the welfare of the country and its citizens before their own wealth & power.

Representaive Russell Pearce is one of the most honorable people I have ever met. It is a distinct honor to be able to vote for him.
District 18 voters don’t let ‘Flake the Flake’ promote his ill-equipped brother-in-law for this important post. Jeff Flake needs a course in anger management.

Flake needs to be voted out. I made a pledge when he co-wrote his amnesty bill that I would donate time, money, whatever it took to unseat this pandering do nothing. Hopefully the people will wake up to his antics and kick him to the curb.

How right you are in that assessment, Sherri!
Jeff Flake makes a big point of saying he’s the taxpayer’s friend and votes against “earmarks.”
Earmarks are his hallmark–except when you do a bit of checking to see exactly what he has accomplished. Not much.
In fact, he is actually fond of pushing bills that are huge spending ventures–along with his liberal democrat friend from Illinois, Rep. Luis Gutierrez, that the “earmarks” pale in comparison to the “Security Through Regularized Immigration and a Vibrant Economy Act” or STRIVE Act, granting tuition and other benefits while extending amnesty for illegal aliens living in our country in violation of America’s rule of law. Read the double talk that Flake has supported.

Do you really think his hand-picked candidate and brother-in-law, Kevin Gibbons, selected to unseat state Rep. Russell Pearce will separate himself from his mentor? Not a chance!
