Just a few more good people coming to do the work Americans refuse to do
Alfonso Valdez-Cota, 24, and Kaven Alfonso Chavez-Aguirre, 25, both “citizens of Mexico,” were sentenced on June 29, 2009, by U.S. District Judge Neil V. Wake to five years in federal prison after both defendants pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Possess With the Intent to Distribute Heroin. A third co-defendant, Jesus Amaral-Samaniego, pleaded guilty to the same charge and is scheduled for sentencing on July 29, 2009.
Based on an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the three defendants were stopped by Glendale Police officers in November 2008. A search of the passenger compartment of their vehicle revealed a firearm concealed in the rear passenger seat area and two firearms in the trunk. Also found in the trunk were 10 small plastic wrapped ball shaped packages containing a total of 251.2 grams of a substance containing heroin.

I get it! There are no more illegal aliens! They are merely “citizens of Mexico.” Which begs the question: Why aren’t they in Mexico? What are they doing here other than trying to hook Anerican kids on heroin? You’re right. That’s a job decent Americans refuse to do.

Awesome, so now the heroin trade is over? Those jobs can go back to decent hard working American criminals? In May a man in Pittsburg received the same sentence for dealing heroin. His name is Andrew Francis Ferguson, Jr.
My point? I don’t think it’s just undocumented people selling heroin.
And why are you trashing on free enterprise? If there’s a market for something, shouldn’t we invest in it?

Bottom line: we have enough home grown criminals. We don’t need to import them.
Saw this on a sign from the April 15 Tea Party:
E-Verify and D-Port.
Gotta love it.

Julian, you are so intent on attempting to give your perspective that all crime is not committed by illegals that you missed what is actually the point. Sure, there are plenty of John Smiths who are dealing heroin. They are American criminals and belong in prison.
The illegal aliens compounding their initial crime of breaking and entering our homeland don’t belong here and are not “undocumented” as you erroneously state. They have a wealth of documents, all phony or stolen. Crime is a drain on our society and citizens. We don’t need more of them slithering across our borders. True immigrants, like my own family, come in the front door and are welcomed and prosper.
You don’t even state your “awesome” case well.
