Obama sticks his finger in Israel’s eye *startling photo update

Drudge Report, linking to Israel National News, is reporting that the day before a scheduled visit by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Barack Obama has endorsed the Palestinians’ demand that their future state to be based on the borders that existed before the 1967 Middle East war.

Reacting to Obama’s speech, Netanyahu rejected a full withdrawal from the West Bank, saying the 1967 lines were “indefensible” and would leave major Jewish settlements outside Israel. Netanyahu rejects any pullout from east Jerusalem, saying he would seek “clarifications.”

Read Obama’s speech in which he outlines U.S. policy in the Middle East and North Africa here.

Following Obama’s absurd logic, if Mexico demanded the return of  Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas, claiming they are occupied territories achieved through war, we should engage in negotiations with the Mexican government over the future of those states.

The Arab nations are united in their stated desire to see Israel decimated and the tiny, sole democracy  (this map puts the picture in context) in the region surrounded by numerous and massive foes, pushed into the sea.

Read the positions taken by other U.S. Presidents  regarding Israel and the people of the region.

Benjamin Netanyahu and Barack Obama in their early 20’s:

  1. Doc says:

    …amazing…simply amazing.

BUT…according to fox…again…78% of registered Jewish voters voted FOR a guy who’s middle name is “Hussein”…

  2. LD 7 PC says:

Obama is pro-Muslim. What do you expect? He bows to Muslim kings. He insults Netanyahu. This is not a difficult issue to grasp.

His family lineage is Muslim, both biologically (paternally) and by way of his Muslim step-father who registered young Barack as a Muslim in Indonesian schools when married to Barack’s mother.

  3. Steve Calabrese says:

    You write:

“Following Obama’s absurd logic, if Mexico demanded the return of Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas, claiming they are occupied territories achieved through war, we should engage in negotiations with the Mexican government over the future of those states.”

Isn’t Obama already effectively doing that?

    • JohnG says:

That is the idea Steve, he can cut the tax loss by getting rid of the illegals who use up all the social services.

  4. Jane says:

I believe the ME uprisings were inspired by radical Islam and that Obama is supporting radical Islam–not just in spirit. It’s beyond tragic that Obama is still ridiculing Bush-era foreign policy while he is systematically working to displace foreign governments. In my mind, in every sense, he’s a traitor to this country.

    • Doc says:

Copy THAT, Jane. This man is tossing aside one of, if not THE closest ally that we have. Isreal’s position in the middle east is a key spot for us to have. Yet Mr. “I’ll never abandon my muslim roots!” Obama is not only destroying that relationship, but espousin a change in direction in America’s relations with the “muslim world”.

I liked the relations we had with the muslims when Ronnie was th’ Prez! “PEACE…through SUPERIOR FIREPOWER!” and TH’ damned muslims KNEW IT by GOD!

      What say our elected officials?

  5. Frankly Speaking says:

Why shouldn’t Obama feel he has free reign to betray Israel? America’s Jewish population is overwhelmingly Democrat and, as Doc pointed out, voted for this charlatan in large numbers. He feels he has that vote in his pocket, regardless of what he does. I hope this constituency wises up.

  6. JohnG says:

Will never happen, if the Jewish people can not figure out the dems have never been on their side by now they never will. The same thing happened in the 30’s and the Jews made one excuse after the other for the Nazi hatred of one minority after the other.

    • Sgt. Preston says:

Franklin Roosevelt, long admired by Jews, refused to allow nearly 1000 Jewish passengers fleeing the Nazis to disembark the ship the St. Louis. They were turned away by Canada and Cuba, as well and the ship had no recourse but to return to Europe. At that time, the US had restrictions on the number of immigrants it would accept, in fact, reducing the number from 3% to 2%. Roosevelt relied on advice that it would not be in his best interests to allow the passengers seeking to escape the ovens, poison gas ”showers” and concentration camps of the Holocaust to be given refuge, yet he still carried the Jewish vote. I can’t conceive of another group less inclined to protect their own personal interests than such committed liberals. That’s why Obama doesn’t worry about retaining the Jewish vote.

  7. Stanford says:

Obama’s extraordinarily hostility toward the state of Israel shines brightly, despite his hallow claims of commitment. I read this quote from Hamas Minister Fathi Hamad, who said, “the Jews have become abhorred and loathed outcasts. Whenever we achieve something against the Jews, the world applauds us. Hatred for Jews is on the rise. People who hate the Jews will support us.”

Barack Hussein Obama is now supporting a Jew-hating Hamas/Fatah state. I wonder how his Jewish former sidekicks Rahm Emanuel (Chief of Staff), David Axelrod (Chief Advisor) and Larry Summers (Chief Economic Advisor) feel about this. I notice they’ve all left this pro-Muslim administration.

  8. AZ Conservative Guy says:

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should have remembered he had to remove lint from his naval and trim his toenails and not met with the Chief Muslim Obama.

Now Netanyahu appears weak rather than vigorous. As a devout Christian who supports Israel, I wish he had given this meeting a pass, and doing it at the last minute would have sent a strong message of his low regard for Obama. Also, I agree completely with Frankly Speaking who says American Jews bonded to the Democrat party better wake up.

  9. Sigmund Freud says:

Obama only does what he thinks he can get away with. He continually gets a pass for the most reprehensible actions. This reliable voting bloc should no longer be taken for granted — but it will. Most Jewish liberals will figure out a way to dismiss his pro-Muslim defense and conclude he had no other options. This is a falsehood, but the truth is too horrible for liberals to bear.

  10. TeaPartyPatriot says:

One really has to wonder why American jews, who certainly are fully committed lunatic-left d-cRAT socialists, continue to worship You Lie!” hussein, who is indisputably the most anti-Semitic politician since the Third Reich. Are they really THAT mentally warped and WITHOUT ANY INTEREST IN SELF-PRESERVATION ?

  11. TeaPartyPatriot says:

“Following Obama’s absurd logic, if Mexico demanded the return of Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas, claiming they are occupied territories achieved through war, we should engage in negotiations with the Mexican government over the future of those states.”

WOW – RedStateAZ has just revealed “You Lie!” hussein’s TOP PRIORITY actions if he steals a second term. Good job !!

We’ll remind you once again, the name of this blog is Seeing Red AZ.
      Red State is another blog.

  12. Army Of One says:

When they say a picture is worth a thousand words, these two must have been what they were thinking of! What a contrast! One, a young military man risking his life but prepared to defend his country. The other a haughty collegiate smoking what appears to be a hand rolled joint.

  13. Seeing Red AZ says:

    Steve Calabrese:
This is a politically conservative site, so it would be difficult to confuse the two. We write our own posts, not merely lift and print others. We most assuredly don’t use bozo type or post vicious photo-shopped cartoonish mischaracterizations. Most importantly, we don’t worship John McAmnesty or Jeff the Flake. Nope! The mistake could never be made, Steve.

  14. American Dad says:

Great quote from Netanyahu to Obama:”Remember that, before 1967, Israel was all of nine miles wide,” Netanyahu said. “It was half the width of the Washington Beltway. And these were not the boundaries of peace; they were the boundaries of repeated wars, because the attack on Israel was so attractive.”

  15. Sgt. Preston says:

Netanyahu’s older brother served as the commander of an elite Israeli army unit. He was killed in action during the hostage rescue mission at the Ugandan Entebbe airport during which his unit rescued more than 100 hijacked hostages. Netanyahu has lived the war. Obama has lived a life of privilege.

  16. Vince says:

These photos are terrific! What a contrast is right! One exemplifies a man and the other is a punk. Netanyahu lived surrounded by enemies wanting his and his country’s annihilation. Obama was busy — by his own admission in his first book — hustling dames and dope.

  17. East Valley PC says:

Rush Limbaugh thoroughly enjoyed Bibi Netanyahu’s smackdown of Obama today as he described certain parts of it as unprecedented and orgasmic!

  18. Tyler M says:

If Israel has to go back to it’s pre-1969 borders, why don’t we all just choose areas of the world where we choose arbitrary points of time when we disagree with the legitimacy of how those borders were changed?

My first choice would be in regard to Hawaii and its pre-1898 borders. The poor people of the Kingdom of Hawaii did nothing to earn the impending occupation of their homeland by the American Imperialists!

Of course, my ulterior motive would then be to make sure that Obama really couldn’t even try to say that he was born in the United States and couldn’t be making all of us suffer with his anti-American & anti-Israel tirades.

While we’re at it, how about we give back to Italy all of the land that that the Roman Empire lost hundreds of years ago?

    • Tyler M says:

My other issue with Obama’s anti-Israel speech was how he kept referring to his new changes in American policy toward Israel as being: “The United States supports…” or “We support…”

I can’t stand how Obama always speaks as though whatever coming out of his mouth is the “official word of the Supreme Leader of America” with no other opinions to be heard. He seems to be really confused with how a Republican form of government is supposed to work.

The authoritarian tone he uses is in stark contrast to the way President Bush would say things if it was an area of controversy. Bush would use the proper “My Administration supports…” instead of pretending like he was speaking on behalf of the entire country.

Well, here’s a news flash Dictator Obama: The United States DOES NOT support Israel going back to its pre-1969 borders. And “we” aren’t going to sit back and buy your B.S. any more that you speak on behalf of us on anything.

  19. rock thompson says:

Hard to believe that they are both leaders of countries. Just shows how decrepit and screwed up America is now. Once the greatest nation on earth but just like Rome, we are falling apart.

For an in-depth vantage point on this topic, you might want to read what former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton has to say in this FOX News opinion piece titled “3 Things for Obama’s Opponents to Do Now That Netanyahu Has Created a New Israeli-Palestinian Dynamic.”
