…or the dazzling Ann Romney
According to White House spokesman Jay Carney, Barack Obama didn’t tune in to the GOP convention last night. He had “other things to do” ….like watch sports or monitor the gulf storm coverage, as reported in Daniel Halper’s Weekly Standard blog.
Let’s cut Obama some slack. It’s not difficult to understand why watching this would be difficult for Michelle’s husband to take:

Since he claims he’s from Hawaii, he probably wasn’t too thrilled.
Michelle Obama is an Ivy League educated lawyer who earned a high 6-figure income, yet she can’t make a presentation that competes with stay at home housewife and mother, Ann Romney.
Nice going, Mrs. Romney!!
Interesting little tempest in a teapot with Sarah Palin tonight:

I watched Ann Romney’s speech all the way through, which was NOT my intent! This is a very impressive woman.
As far as Sarah Palin goes, Sam, she’s a not too bright McCain lacky. Is that redundant?
The irony is that Bill Maher and Juan Williams attack Ann Romney for not working, for being a stay at home mom and being wealthy.
Hmm, seems to me that Jackie Kennedy fit the bill on that as well, although she did hold a couple of jobs that I’m SURE she got through merit and not connections- just like her daughter.
Yet Michelle Nobama went to schools for the privileged, made over $300K as an attorney and is married to a man who never worked after attending schools of privilege as well.
I mean, really, the man made it to the Presidency by essentially BUYING IT because he certainly had no substantive accomplishments- he wasn’t a war hero, a well known legislator, a governor, a sharp businessman. He was a “community organizer.” Just what most American kids dream of being when they grow up!
Millions of idiot Americans voted this loser in last time. Let’s HOPE they stay home for a CHANGE.
SRA, why have you not reported on the brazen attempts by the RNC elitists, trying to shut conservatives out of the GOP. This is extremely dangerous for the Party, even suicidal. It is not something that can be ignored, as the conservatives are the force that has been saving the Party. You have the forum, please use it.
