In recognition of the high level of work that Arizona’s Attorney General and staff have been doing, PJ Media cites Tom Horne as one who would be a strong contender for Mitt Romney to consider as United States Attorney General, replacing Eric Holder.
PJ Media’s J. Christian Adams writes“No state has suffered under Eric Holder more than Arizona, and nobody knows this more than Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne. Horne is intimately familiar with the radicalism of DOJ policies – from the lawlessness of Fast and Furious to the lawless immigration policies of Eric Holder. Washington could use a dose of common sense from a state attorney general. Horne would bring a healthy skepticism to the bureaucracy and send a signal that the Romney administration will respect state sovereignty over elections while asserting control of American borders.

Tom Horne is doing a great job for the state of AZ. I pray Mitt Romney is elected, but I also hope Horne stays here.
Tom Horne is brilliant and a fine choice with a wide background in law and public policy. That’s exactly why I agree with Conservative Guy.
I’d guess that Romney needs to build a “diverse” cabinet to quiet the PC crowd, and a white, male LDS attorney general serving a white, male LDS POTUS probably is not in the cards. Too bad!

I stand corrected – I’d been told he was Mormon. He’s actually Jewish. Hmmmmmm . . .
