You call the military “your precious military”.

You want to close more military bases.

You want to cut military spending “across the board”.

You want to us to cut off aid to Israel.

You want to reduce military pay.

You attack the late U. S. Senator Joseph McCarthy, a decorated combat veteran and staunch anti-communist.

You support a ban on large capacity magazines for weapons.

You say that La Pierre of the NRA makes a lot of money and has a financial interest in promoting the preservation of the 2nd Amendment.

Now you tell us that Russell Pearce has “a very negative image”.

You tell us that you hold these positions because these are the positions which will bring victory to Conservatives. The only problem is that what you articulate are NOT Conservative positions! What you are telling us is that we can “win” if we adopt Liberal positions. As a Conservative, I flatly reject that. That isn’t “victory”, it’s surrender!

We Conservatives are right. The positions we hold are based on truth. Conservative principles have proven to be best by test. We are not going to walk away from those principles. We will fight for them to our dying breath. Never forget that, Westnash. You are dealing with people who will never yield, never surrender, never throw in the towel. It is going to be a never-ending battle UNTIL we are victorious…and we SHALL be victorious!

Remember that Tobin held a number of excellent bills, not allowing them to be put to a vote, because of his strong advocacy of unions. Another concern is the fact that Lisa Gray is married to Tobin’s Legislative Whip. There is no way she can be an independent thinker.
