Illegal update—and then some

Just another good man coming “to do the work Americans refuse to do”

An 18-year-old man has been accused of impregnating an 11-year-old child, according to KPHO Channel 5.

Enrique Jacobo-Valdez, an illegal alien, has been booked in a Maricopa County jail on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor. He had been living with the girl’s family for the past four years.

Pinal County authorities have been looking for Jacobo-Valdez in relation to a drug case.

The young girl lives in the Rainbow Valley area of the Southwest Valley, where Jacobo-Valdez was seen fleeing from the home after deputies knocked on the door.

He was arrested after the child’s mother and grandmother took her to a hospital and learned that she is at least six weeks pregnant and has been infected with a sexually transmitted disease as the result of the rapes.

Jacobo-Valdez made statements to authorities admitting he knew that the girl was only 11.

Although this shocking story was given complete coverage on KPHO, the daily Fish-wrapper accorded it minimum status, with placement on page two of the Valley section, under a single column of West Valley incidents, stacked like cordwood at the bottom of the page. The daily also neglected to mention the fact that the child rapist is an illegal.

What a surprise.

Let’s get past the word games and soft terminology of “migrant” and “immigrant” the Republic is so keen on using to describe the criminals who are invading our country. This tragic case of a pregnant and STD infected child is not as rare as we would hope. All to often the Amber Alerts of missing young girls are found to be children who were taken to Mexico by their “boyfriends” who are often men in their 20’s and 30’s. This is, unfortunately, commonplace, and even the illegal alien apologist newspaper has had to acknowledge the fact.

I am sick to death of the “good people coming to do the work Americans refuse to do,” horse that our congressmen and the newspaper keep riding. Get off of it, and protect our borders! Admit that illegals who are cop killers, child rapists and other dangerous criminals are at large in our society. The Republic covers over the rapist’s status, because it doesn’t fit their shameful agenda.

  3. Sideliner says:

The ire might be more keenly felt if the child rape victim was not also Hispanic. We don’t like to admit it, but that is part of the double standard. Had this little girl been named Smith and lived in Paradise Valley, this would be the headliner it deserves to be.

  4. MacBeth says:

More to the point, what if the child rapist had been named Smith? Bet that would have rated banner headlines on the front page of this rag of a newspaper. The fact that they conceal his illegal status is infuriating.

Nothing surprising here. This is simply business as usual for the Arizona Republic.
The fact that the newpaper is in its death throes doesn’t affect their biased perspective.

Today, their once conservative columnist Laurie Roberts is providing aid and comfort to yet another illegal. With the spate of layoffs, Roberts has obviously seen the light and now toes the line.

The AZ Republic – all the fits that’s new to print.

Not now, American Idol comes on in 5 minutes!

As the subscriptions continue to drop for the AZ Rag, we could soon see the last of this paper in the Valley. But the Tribune is not much different. Thank goodness for the Internet!
