According to Lou Dobbs, there is evidence that non-citizens have voted in past elections in states like Texas, Florida, Maryland and California The Government Accountability Office found that among 30,000 people called to jury duty in just one federal district court, nearly 1,000 were not citizens.
And a new study by the conservative Heritage Foundation found that thousands — perhaps tens of thousands — of illegal aliens have had the opportunity to vote, thanks in part to “motor-voter” laws that tie voter registration to getting a driver’s license. Those numbers, of course, are large enough to have been decisive in virtually every recent election.

Rep. Russell Pearce (R – Dist.18) the author of Arizona’s Proposition 200, which halted voter fraud by illegal aliens, writes: “Every state should pass a Prop. 200 that requires proof of citizenship to register to vote. We are the only state in the nation to require proof of citizenship to register.”
