    it looks as though the senators are getting the better trips and piggy-backing them to boot! Ah, the perks of higher office.

    Why the dismay? I bet they’d say they are doing this for us. These conferences and seminars in far off lands most of us can only dream of visiting make them more effective representatives of their constituents. Don’t you get it?

    How about GoToMeeting.com? Teleconferencing? Business is utilizing these cost savers more and more frequently. They don’t include lavish hotel suites and sumptuous feats, though. Ya think that could be the downside to these sensible solutions?
