PAChyderm’s Don Goldwater provides truth on Prop.100; urges a “NO” vote

Today is the special election in which Arizona voters are being asked to authorize a sales tax hike, which they are promised is “temporary” and necessary. Here is the truth in an excellent presentation by PAChyderm Coalition chairman, Don Goldwater. The group is a Reagan Republican organization.

The question he addresses is: Will Prop 100 Help or Hurt Arizona?

Passage of this sales tax is estimated to cost each Arizona household approximately $400 a year —  unacceptable at any time — more so in this dire economy when so many Arizona families are suffering job loses and home foreclosures. Citizens are tightening their belts. Government needs to do likewise.

Paulina Morris needs to make up her mind on this issue. She says she’s for Prop 100:

But she had already said she was against it:

This is the type of thing you’d expect from a democrat.

Thanks, Tom. This type of double talk should tank Paulina Morris’ campaign. She’s also pro-abortion, which is not a conservative stance by any means. The GOP Platform specifically has a pro-life plank.
