Illegal Update

Just a few more good people coming to do the work Americans refuse to do

Meet Luis Mejia Ortiz, 33, who faces charges of molesting his girlfriend’s 5-year-old and 9-year-old daughters.

The newspaper calls him a “Phoenix resident.”

He was found in Nogales after admitting to the child sexual abuse crimes and telling his brother he was fleeing to Mexico. We’ll take a major leap on this one, and conclude he’s an illegal.

Ortiz is being held without bond.

Expect ortiz to claim that he’s “mentally disabled”….

“Shy of her first anniversary on the federal bench, an Obama-appointed judge known for promoting “racial tolerance” [i.e., very special treatment for all but Caucasians] has ordered U.S. taxpayers to provide criminally convicted immigrants with “diminished mental capacities” lawyers to fight deportation.

The ruling is believed to be the first ordering government-financed legal representation in an immigration case. Foreign nationals embroiled in deportation proceedings must pay for their own attorney, unlike criminal defendants who get court-appointed lawyers — financed by American taxpayers — as part of due process when they can’t afford it.

In this case a southern California federal judge, Dolly Gee, ruled that two area immigrants who are “mentally disabled” must be given lawyers to fight deportation. The men, ages 48 and 29, are currently represented by a pair of liberal civil rights groups that claim people with mental disabilities cannot get a fair hearing without representation in immigration court.”

He’s not only an admitted child molester, but he’s also a known flight risk. Bond was rightfully denied. No judge should allow a mental illness claim resulting from a head injury. Was the claim made prior to his admission of being a pedophile? Doubtful.

These women who move boyfriends in with their children — boys or girls — are also guilty. They should be charged with the crime of child endangerment since there are enough molestations child rapes, serious child battering and death to show this lack of good sense to be a potentially grave threat to children. These gals care more about bedding some creep than they do providing care for their vulnerable children.

I do not understand these women who move men in and out of their homes through that swinging door. Many men have a tendency to abuse a child that is not their own, and yes I agree the woman should be prosecuted also if her children were abused by her boyfriend.

When will this finally register to the American public that this problem is growing and out of control. We hear Janet Incompentano say our border is the most secured but we all know that’s a lie. What about all the illegals/criminals who already are here and they seem more interested in amnesty than enforcing our laws. What will it take? A terrorist coming through the border or enough dead ranchers and border agents for our Government to get 100% behind fixing this problem
