Pew concedes Obama’s sinking like a rock

You know things are not looking good for Barack Obama when even the Pew Research Center acknowledges his dramatically sagging numbers going into the 2012 cycle. This shift is driven by a steep drop-off in support for Obama among registered Independents. Where Obama held a slim 7-point edge among Independent registered voters just two months ago, a generic Republican holds an 8-point edge today.

It’s over for Obama. He smells the scent of defeat in the air.

I’m hoping for a Perry/Bachmann ticket. He’s not as conservative as I’d like, but he’s a damn sight better than McCain. And as much as the MSM tries to marginalize Bachmann, they remain unsuccessful.

I think that duo could bounce Obama and Biden off the political landscape.

  3. Jane says:

I’d love to delight in these stats, but old McCain was goner than gone when he made a comeback. I still remember that pic on the tarmac with him and his suitcase full of the chips he had called in—then boom—he’s the GOP nominee. I believe duped independents are disgusted with this man, but poll or no poll, as long as there is voter fraud, communism can score a comeback in 2012.

Sorry SA, I’m still trying to get used to my new email. The one ending in hush.com is correct.

If we were looking at resume’s instead of an election, Romney would be the clear choice.
He did a great job of turning the Olympics around and understands business.
I like Bachmann, Pawlenty, Perry, Paul and Cain or Gingrich all better than Obama.
While all of them say the right things, none of them have a proven track record of being able to both govern and to understand business. Or to turn things around for a major organization.

ROMNEY? REALLY? Seriously? You’ve GOT to be kidding? He’s the author of “romneycare”, & even he says it was a mistake! + he’s a huge R.I.N.O.!

      I KNOW…hows about a romney/huckabee ticket?…yay…or not…

      …sorry…I couldn’t help myself…
