Illegal alien felons stealing your child’s future

At the tender age of seventeen, Scottsdale resident Caitlin “Caitie” Hemmerle recently learned that she is deeply in debt, including owing over $750,000 in mortgages, car loans and credit cards.

Her financial nightmare gained attention in a Today show segment, which noted that when lenders check credit, they often make no effort to match Social Security numbers with the applicant’s name.

Child identity theft is a growth industry as illegal aliens need fresh identities in order to facilitate their lives after they criminally cross the U.S. border. Seeing Red AZ exposed this in a post titled Illegal in more ways than one, May 17, 2008.  One of the most alarming aspects of the criminal activity involves health-care employees with access to children’s files, working for organized gangs that trade in illegal documents and are willing to pay handsomely for the data. “We have a major problem with workers in medical offices stealing patients’ identities, selling them and making a direct profit,” acknowledged Sergeant James Bracke of the Phoenix Police Department.

Unsuspecting parents are unaware that their infant’s or toddler’s stolen identification might be underwriting car and home loans or massive credit card debt. In Caitie’s case at least 42 credit card or charge accounts were opened in her name. And although NBC reporter Jeff Rossen easily located two of the Spanish speaking thieves  — Mario Salinas and Manuel Contreras — here in the Valley, law enforcement has done nothing to apprehend them.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the daily Fish-wrapper to do an in-depth report on this deplorable aspect of illegal immigration. You’ll turn blue long before it takes up the cause. The newspaper’s agenda is facilitating a greater influx of illegals, not focusing on their criminality. That’s why it has made a crusade of ousting Arizona’s Senate President Russell Pearce, the architect of the “Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act” known as SB 1070, making illegal entry a state crime.  The popular law is being copied nationally.

This National Conference of State Legislatures Immigration Policy Report details the increase in the number of laws and resolutions dealing with illegal immigration — 1,592 – that were passed in the first half of 2011 — up 16 percent from the first half of 2010.

And children’s stolen identity? It’s just expected collateral damage accompanying this invasion.

Some of the children had their identities stolen by these “good people seeking a better life” even before they were born by the scammers who figured out the feds numerical system. I will never hire an illegal for any job for any reason. Those who do are helping to facilitate this criminal mentality and the undoing of our country and respect for the law.

This seems to be common–victims finding the perpetrators and law enforcement can’t or won’t touch them. I know people who’ve had their identities stolen and one person found that the immigrant who stole theirs was living in a nearby town. Victims need a easier way to get relief from damages, and the penalties for identity theft should be the same as for manslaughter.

As terrible and life-altering a crime as identify theft is, the statutes would not allow for the same penalties as had a death occurred. The laws currently on the books simply need to be enforced. Providing cover for illegals should result in the rejection of those who perpetuate the criminality by their actions such as the Arizona Republic. Cancel your subscription!! By continuing to pay them for promoting law-breaking illegal invaders, YOU become part of the problem. That’s a fact.

Thought they came here to work, you know the jobs Americans won’t do. And that they are law abiding (other than breaking into and entering our home illegally). The Rag is unabashidly leftist. They are not objective and do not investigate like reporters of old. They have no interest in what is right, or in enforcing laws or in protecting our children and community in general. Liberalism is a morale disorder. Russell Pearce has the courage to stand up for what is right. The paper hates conservatives, Republicans, Christians, and tax-paying Americans.
