Eric Holder: Fast and furiously seals documents

Judicial Watch’s blog, Corruption Chronicles, recently provided an in-depth report detailing the Obama administration’s abrupt sealing of court records containing the sordid facts related to the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry by Mexican drug smugglers. The Arizona agent was killed with a gun connected to the infamous “Operation Fast and Furious,” a botched federal scheme that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico, in the hopes they might eventually be traced to drug cartels.

The Corruption Chronicles report states the information will now be kept from the public as well as the media and poses the question, “Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history?”

Think of the implications: The murder of a U.S. Border Patrol agent is related to the Justice Department willingly placing thousands of guns in the hands of Mexican criminal gangs, and Obama’s administration astonishingly hides information about the agent’s death from the public.

Watch as Attorney General Eric Holder passes the buck and stonewalls on Fast and Furious, saying he can’t speak until Cynthia Schnedar, the Acting Inspector General and former television reporter, concludes her investigation. She once worked for Holder. Don’t count on an impartial investigation.

Currently, 52 members of Congress have called upon Eric Holder to resign.*

So far only two Arizona Congressmen, Trent Franks and Paul Gosar have signed on to force Holder’s resignation. Where are Jeff Flake, Ben Quayle and David Schweikert? Their silence on this issue is very disappointing!

“…somebody needs to go to washington…and knock th’ hell outtas’ th’ place…”

quote from Congressman Quayle’s campaign commercial

…o.k. Big Ben…exactly WHEN does your ‘knockin’ commence?

  2. Marcellus says:

huh? “An OIG investigation exonerated Dobbins for burning down his own house with his family inside.” Well that darn OIG! Boy, those guys are really screwed up. If you can’t get proper action from OIG even after killing your own family when can you get these people to respond properly?

I get it that Holder is stonewalling while hiding behind OIG but what am I missing regarding poor Mr. Dobbins’ plight? “Newell intentionally obstructed justice…” I will trade you 10 obstructed justice for one family saved from the Bar-B-Que pit.

In whose district did Agent Terry reside? This ought to be a no brainer for ALL az congressmen; protecting their constituents from invasion and crime.

He served his Country with Honor and Bravery. Unlike you AG Holder.

It should be clear to every reader of these blog pages that the current imperial administration is corrupt beyond redemption.

So far, all we are doing is writing about it.

Surely there must be a next logical step we citizens can take.

For instance, Army of One says Flake, Quayle and Schweikert have been silent on the issue.

Should these three be immune to a large group of concerned citizens showing up on their front porches at dinner time to inquire why they’ve chosen to evade the Holder issue?

Can any reader of this blog offer a convincing argument why the citizenry should NOT show up on their front porches?

Here’s the roll call vote for Eric Holder’s confirmation. Remember his two strong AZ supporters were Sens. Jon Kyl and John McCain. At the time, they couldn’t say enough kind words about him. As the first black Attorney General, he was “historic.” Just like Barack Hussein Obama. You have to be on the right side in such historic moments, don’t you know? What a couple of farces! Voting for the amount of pigmentation one has in their skin is not the way to select the best people for any job — whether AG, President of the United States, city council or judges. Using diversity rather than ability as a determiner is a sure route to massive problems. Seek only the finest applicants and it will all even out in the end.

ATF still rolling along and whistleblowers are being punished. Holder knew, Obama knew it was part of their plan. No cared about civilians or law enforcement who would lose their life over their decisions – collateral damage. Very scary thing – there will be thousands more killed with F&F weapons – all the while the O and Holder cover it up. The coverup is huge, now with weapons not being traced.

This urgency is right in line with all the other BHO corruption. BHO asked for this in 2009, right after his immaculation, and now he is getting it thanks to the traitorous duplicity of his RINO buddies. Where is all of the conservative uproar over this attempt to further destroy the Constitution?

And where do the AZ Five stand on this??

Research “FEMA Concentration Camps” to find out where the arrestees will end up.

    God bless America.
