Radical Islam, political correctness, take precedence over national security
We’ve been introduced to a new-to-us blog Bare Naked Islam* (“It isn’t Islamophobia when they really ARE trying to kill you”). It details John McCain’s Islamo-pandering as he levels scathing attacks on four members of Congress, including Arizonan Trent Franks.
Here from McCain’s own senatorial website, are excerpts of the impassioned speech he delivered yesterday to denigrate U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann, (R-Minn), and Reps. Trent Franks, (R-AZ), Louie Gohmert, (R-TX), Thomas Rooney, (R-Fla.), and Lynn Westmoreland, (R-GA). Their crime? Signing a letter demanding an investigation of the familial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood of Huma Mahmood Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s Deputy Chief of Staff.
On Tuesday, the Arizona Republic ran a contemptuous editorial attack on Congressman Franks. It’s clear the notion of America as a free, Constitutionally-based nation, with definable borders and a faith-based heritage riles the left.
Many Republicans have opined that McCain handed the 2008 election to Obama, a man he defended at every turn of the campaign trail. McCain embarrassingly barely carried his own state of Arizona. His vociferous outburst on the senate floor yesterday, lends even more credibility to the charge. Read Obama’s frightful ties to the Muslim Brotherhood — tying all the loose ends together.

That’s even more true today.
