Remaining Boston bombing suspect caught

Religion of Peace update

Police have announced Boston Marathon murder suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, is in custody. His brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan, was killed in a furious attempt to escape police. During a long night of violence Thursday into Friday, the brothers killed MIT police officer Sean Collier, 26, severely wounded another lawman and hurled explosives at police in a car chase and gun battle, in which at least 200 rounds were fired, authorities said. WCVB News 5 video here.

The suspects were identified by law enforcement officials and family members as Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, ethnic Chechen brothers who had lived in Dagestan, which neighbors Chechnya in southern Russia. They had been in the U.S. for about a decade. They self identified as Islamic.

You can buy that version of the story if you wish, SRAZ, but I don’t.

The suspects father said: “Somebody clearly framed them. I don’t know who exactly framed them, but they did. They framed them,” he said.

The suspects aunt said: “No, I’m suspicious that this was staged! The picture was staged.”

When reporters asked the aunt who she believes is staging her nephews, she responded, “Whoever needs this. Whoever is looking for those who need to be blamed for these attacks. … who is interested in this case? When you’re blowing up people and you want to bring attention to something for some purpose, you do that math.”

Originally, there was a Saudi who was a “person of interest” What has happened with that?

“The information sent to Congress showed that a file was created on “Abdul Rahman Ali Al Harby” at 4 p.m. on Tuesday by an official with the National Targeting Center, a counterterrorism sub-agency of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security. The file stated that the individual is “linked to the Boston bombing” and was to be processed for revocation of his visa based on national security grounds, the congressional source revealed.”

“Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano had a fiery exchange with Rep. Jeff Duncan during a House hearing Thursday morning over reports that Al Alharbi is being considered for deportation.”

“Napolitano refused to entertain a question regarding if it would be “negligence” to deport someone who just days ago was a person of interest.”

“I’m not going to answer that question,” she shot back after being pressed by Duncan and denying any knowledge of such a plan. “That question is so full with misstatements and misapprehensions that it is not worthy of an answer.”

Then again, Napolitano had “no knowledge” of illegal aliens being released from custody and Obama had “no knowledge” of “Fast and Furious” gun walking!

This has all of the hallmarks of an engineered administration cover up. The optimum scenario in such situations is to eliminate the fall guys so that nothing can come up to contradict the story line. One is down. The other is now alone and isolated.

Don’t follow the red herring. Keep your eye on what happens with the Saudi!

    • Seeing Red AZ says:

If you’re referring to the ‘my way’ report, that was simply included for the latest updates on what was taking place in Massachusetts.

We are well aware of the relatives’ offensive comments and the phony arrangements allowing the Saudi “person of interest” to depart after Obama had an unscheduled meeting with the Saudi official. Janet Napolitano? She is a known liar and compliant toady for Obama. Right now all any of us can do is continue to be watchful as this plays out. The needless suffering caused by these radicalized Muslims has been unspeakably gruesome. That is what drives them. They desire dominance and hope to terrorize us into submission. It will not happen.

Be assured, we are not following any herrings, red or otherwise.

      • eubykdisop says:

I’m referring to the headline which reads, “Remaining Boston bombing suspect caught”, which implies that there are no more suspects, official or otherwise. Case closed!

I am also referring to that fact that, while you may know about the Saudi issues, there is no mention of that in the article.

There are no overt untruths in the article but the question is whether or not it is an accurate reflection of the whole truth!

  2. Delilah says:

Nappy lied to congress, lets see if she is brought up on charges. Rush or Hannity said there are 7 Congressman who have seen the paper work on the Saudi and his deportation.

Yes Euby you are right about following the happenings around the Saudi.

    • eubykdisop says:

Hi, Delilah! (Love that name!) :-)

When the administration seems to be doing everything in their power to get us to look at their left hand, I want to know what’s in their right!

  3. MacBeth says:

Thank GOD, they were identified and the younger coward was caught after the older coward was killed. I hope he is not read his “miranda rights.” He has none.

  4. eubykdisop says:

You’re welcome to drink the Kool-Aid as well, MacBeth, but before you do you might want to consider this:

“Sources tell TheBlaze that the Saudi national is set to be deported on “security and related grounds.” His visa also has been revoked. Below is some of the information that has been communicated to us:”

“1. One source at the FBI and another at the Saudi Embassy referred to the student as connected to an important Saudi family.”

“2. An “event” was created on this guy three days ago. An event is a file. The file contains his deportation record and the reason he is being deported. According to ICE the reason is under section 212 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities””

“3. His visa has been revoked.”

“4. The FBI said a file was started “just in case he was found to be connected to the crime,” however, the file shows he was scheduled to be deported. This was not a precaution, it was in “orders.””

“5. One source said they believe a “voluntary” departure has been signed — that means the Saudi Student could be out of the country as early as today.”

“6. The file was immediately classified. We believe the deportation order will be classified as well — requiring a FOIA to get it.”

“7. The story was going to be “he wanted to go home,” however he was actually being deported.”

“8. Our source said the FBI believes the Saudi student is tied to 2 to 3 more people.”

“9. Our source said this “looks like they were trying to make this a ‘lone wolf’ crime so, the Saudi government would be spared embarrassment and the U.S. would avoid explaining how a terror cell was active when we had AQ on the run.””

The file on this guy was quickly “classified” so that it would take a Freedom of Information Act request, and/or lawsuit, to even attempt to see it.

Motive for a cover up? One would be, as stated in the article, to avoid contradicting Obama’s propaganda that he has Al Qaeda “on the run”. Another successful Jihadist attack on American soil by an undetected Saudi led terrorist cell would be bad press for Barry!

Let us not forget that 15 of the 19 hijackers in the 9/11 attacks were citizens of Saudi Arabia! Osama bin Laden was also a Saudi.

“Report: Alharbi visited by Michelle Obama in Hospital”

“Okaz, the same prominent Saudi newspaper, that published photos of Abdul Rahman Ali Issa Al-Salimi Al-Harbi in the hospital after the Boston marathon bombings, is now reporting that the Saudi national was also visited by the first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama during his hospital stay.”

“Now, contrarians to those with concerns about this visit will likely say that the first lady was simply paying visits to all the victims in the hospital, of which Alharbi was one and had been cleared two days earlier.”

“In light of recent reports that Alharbi was scheduled for deportation on ‘national security grounds’, the first lady’s visit takes on much added significance if those reports are true. We already know that the Alharbi clan consists of multiple Al-Qaeda members. This would seem to bolster the claims of scheduled deportation, not claims to the contrary made by the likes of DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, who actually never really answered the question; she just got rankled and blew it off.”

“With the track record of this administration relative to things like blaming a video for two weeks after the Benghazi attacks, it should have a higher standard to meet and its credibility should be questioned by the American people.”

“If these reports about Alharbi’s scheduled deportation for such reasons are correct, a visit by the first lady of the United States would indeed be significant in its importance. It would also be a major national security blunder because of the message it would send.”

“In light of the exponential rise in the number of Saudi students in the U.S. since 2006, what kind of message does the first lady’s visit send to the more nefarious brand of Saudi students?”

“It would seem the American people should both require and demand full transparency from the administration when it comes to the issue of Alharbi’s alleged scheduled deportation as well as his connections to multiple Al-Qaeda members / leaders through his clan.”

  6. LEO IN TSN says:

This was obviously a CIA plot, carried out by ATF for the administration. We know that because the muslim bombers had guns, but people in Boston can’t have guns.

One more example of how liberal gun control works to disarm only the law-abiding.

    God bless America.

“Boston-like bomb plans published by al Qaeda”

“Manual provides specific instructions on the best methods of packaging a bomb using a pressure cooker”

“By Doug Hagmann, April 18, 2013”

“A bomb-making manual, written in Arabic and published less than two months ago, made its rounds on sites used by Muslim terrorists worldwide. The manual provides specific instructions on the best methods of packaging a bomb using a pressure cooker. Previously, the English language Muslim terrorist magazine published under the name Inspire carried similar instructions, although the instructions contained within this newest manual appear to be far more advanced by comparison.”

“Advanced instructions pertaining to procuring the needed materials, from the pressure cookers to be used as the containers to the other components, including methods of detonation to methods of disguising the bombs themselves, appear to be consistent with the information made public by law enforcement officials investigating the bombing at the Boston Marathon on Monday.”

“The individual behind the independent monitoring of Arabic language websites and turning over such findings to U.S. and other intelligence agencies as such plans are found is an independent undercover operational asset known as “Archangel,” who has a widely known and well respected track record for successful infiltration of “locked” or difficult to find websites and forums.”

“The intelligence agencies of the U.S. and other countries have been provided with ample material from “Archangel.” Most notable and relevant to the latest bombing is the focus on “sporting events” as potential targets as detailed in the a previous issue of Inspire magazine.”

So we have both instructions in “pressure cooker” bomb making and a focus on sporting events as targets being posted on the internet by Jihadists. How, then, did we get caught with our pants down?

  8. westnash says:

Why were they allowed in the USA to begin with?

    • eubykdisop says:

That’s an odd comment coming from someone who, like Obama and Janet Napolitano, doesn’t want to secure our borders!

      “Westnash says:
      February 18, 2013 at 3:35 pm
What I worry that the Secure Our Borders bunch really wants is to spend Billions more in hiring and fences which do nothing but increase the size of Govt.”

While you are concerned about terrorists who enter the country legally, you have no problem with leaving our borders unsecured so that terrorists can stroll into the U. S. illegally, LOL!

  9. Observer says:

It couldn’t be more clear. Barack Obama has purposely attempted to lull America into false confidence over terrorist threats emanating from Muslim fundamentalists.

In his State of the Union address earlier this year, Obama declared that he was “confident” of achieving “our objective of defeating the core of al-Qaeda.”

Although he acknowledged the need to pursue the “remnants” of the terrorist group and its affiliates, the overall message was clear; al-Qaeda was badly degraded, the tides of war were receding and the US was winning this fight that was no longer even officially a war.

Pure bullshit. He knew it and so do we. Especially after the horrific events at the Boston marathon.

The Boston bombings shoot holes through Obama’s assessment. Let’s be clear. He simply does not want to link Muslim extremists to any violent behavior that kills and maims Americans. Islam is too close to his heart. If you have any doubts, watch this!

“Taxpayer Monies Used to Promote Islamic Jihad – Judge Asked to Decide Against AIG Bailout”

“ANN ARBOR, MI – In a motion for summary judgment filed this week, Federal District Court Judge Lawrence P. Zatkoff was asked to enter a judgment against U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and the Federal Reserve Board over the federal government’s bailout of AIG. The basis for the motion is that over a billion dollars of the bailout went to fund Islamic religious activities in violation of the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution.”

“Judge Zatkoff, in an earlier decision, denied the request by the Obama administration’s Department of Justice to dismiss the lawsuit. In his ruling, the judge held that the lawsuit sufficiently alleged a federal constitutional challenge to the use of taxpayer money to fund AIG’s Islamic religious activities. The court noted:”

“Times of crisis, however, do not justify departure from the Constitution. In this case, the United States government has a majority interest in AIG. AIG utilizes consolidated financing whereby all funds flow through a single port to support all of its activities, including Sharia-compliant financing. Pursuant to the EESA, the government has injected AIG with tens of billions of dollars, without restricting or tracking how this considerable sum of money is spent. At least two of AIG’s subsidiary companies practice Sharia-compliant financing, one of which was unveiled after the influx of government cash. After using the $40 billion from the government to pay down the $85 billion credit facility, the credit facility retained $60 billion in available credit, suggesting that AIG did not use all $40 billion consistent with its press release. Finally, after the government acquired a majority interest in AIG and contributed substantial funds to AIG for operational purposes, the government co-sponsored a forum entitled “Islamic Finance 101.” These facts, taken together, raise a question of whether the government’s involvement with AIG has created the effect of promoting religion and sufficiently raise Plaintiff’s claim beyond the speculative level, warranting dismissal inappropriate at this stage in the proceedings.”

On a series of Sunday talk shows yesterday, Republican lawmakers questioned whether the FBI had fumbled the case of one of the two Boston Marathon bombing suspects, saying it was one of a series in which someone the agency had investigated had gone on to participate in terrorist attacks.
U.S. House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael McCaul said he wrote to the FBI and other officials asking why more wasn’t done after the FBI’s 2011 interview with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, on Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” program. “Because if he was on the radar and they let him go, he’s on the Russians’ radar, why wasn’t a flag put on him, some sort of customs flag?. And I’d like to know what intelligence Russia has on him as well.”
McCaul said he believed Tsarnaev had “received training” while on a 6 month trip to Russia last year.
McCaul’s letter, which was also signed by the former chairman of the Homeland Security panel, NY Rep. Peter King said Tsarnaev “appears to be the fifth person since Sept. 11, 2001, to participate in terror attacks despite being under investigation by the FBI.”
They said the others were Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S.-born cleric and leader of al Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen who was killed in a U.S. drone strike; David Headley, an American who admitted scouting targets for a 2008 Islamic militant raid on Mumbai; Carlos Bledsoe, who killed an Army private outside a military recruiting office in Arkansas in 2009; and Nidal Hasan, who is on trial for killing 13 people at Fort Hood Texas in 2009. In addition, Farouk Abdulmutallab, who tried to bring down a U.S. jetliner over Detroit on Christmas Day 2009, had been identified to the CIA as a potential terrorist, the letter said, adding the cases “raise the most serious questions about the efficacy of federal counterterrorism efforts.”
House Intelligence Committee Chair Mike Rogers, a former FBI agent, defended the agency. He said it had performed a “very thorough” review of the older brother in 2011, but then failed to receive further cooperation from the foreign intelligence agency that requested the review. U.S. law enforcement sources say this agency was from Russia. “That case was closed prior to his travel, so I don’t think we missed anything,” Rogers said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “At some point the FBI asked, is there more clarifying information, and never received that clarifying information, and at some point they have nothing. You can’t ask them to do something with nothing,” Rogers said.
King told “Fox News Sunday” he wondered why the FBI did not take more action after Tsarnaev returned to the United States and put statements on his website “talking about radical imams.”
“I’m wondering, again, is there something deficient here? What was wrong?”
The McCaul-King letter asked for all information the U.S. government had on Tsarnaev before April 15. It was also addressed to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

    • eubkdisop says:

The fact that the Boston Marathon bombings happened is prima facie evidence that there are “deficiencies”. The history with these particular individuals reveal glaring deficiencies!

    About that Saudi…

“Saudi National Questioned in Boston was on Terror Watch List”

    “By Todd Starnes”

“The Saudi national who was initially detained and then ruled out as a suspect in the Boston Marathon terrorist attack had been flagged on a terror watch list and was granted a student visa without being properly vetted, sources have told me.”

“A source close to the investigation revealed that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi had been deemed inadmissible under the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act which declares ineligible for a visa – any alien who is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry – in terrorist activity.”

“At least two additional sources have confirmed to me that Ali Alharbi is set to be deported as early as this week, contrary to statements made by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.”

“The House Homeland Security Committee is now requesting a classified briefing with Napolitano to get to the bottom of the issue, according to an exclusive report from The Blaze.”

  13. eubykdisop says:

    Exclusive from Glenn Beck:

“Beck Breaks Exclusive Information on Saudi National Once Considered a Person of Interest in Boston Bombings”

    “Apr. 22, 2013, Erica Ritz”

“It is still unclear why the government is stonewalling the media on information as to why the file initially labeled Alharbi as a threat, only to change that designation later in the week. Is there a legitimate threat that’s being covered up? Did the government have actual concerns about Alharbi, but was too quick to connect him in this instance and is now trying to stave off embarrassment?”

“Bottom line, Beck said: “I need you to call your congressmen right now. There are congressmen who are aware of this, have seen the documentation — they need your support, they need your help…If we do not stand up, he is on a plane tomorrow or he is already gone.”

“We demand answers from the Justice Department and this administration.”

“Beck proceeded to put the issue in a larger perspective, noting that multiple news outlets reported after 9/11 that prominent Saudis were allowed to leave the country, even as all flights were grounded.”

“The Bush administration would later block the investigation into Saudi involvement into 9/11, even though 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudis, and would eventually force the redaction of a 28-page chapter of the 9/11 Commission report regarding foreign, specifically Saudi, support for some of the Al-Qaeda hijackers,” Beck said, noting that the questionable relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States goes back further than the current administration.”
