Grassroots effort: Vetoing OBrewercare

Make a commitment to get involved. It matters!

The United Republican Alliance Of Principled Conservatives (URAPC) “Kick-Off To Stop ObamaCare In Arizona” is scheduled for 10:00 am, Saturday, June 22 on the State Capitol Lawn in Phoenix — across from Wesley Bolin Plaza.

Volunteers are needed to gather 100,000 petition signatures (within the next 82 days) required to place Gov. Jan Brewer’s recently signed Medicaid Expansion bill on the November ballot. Petitions will be available at the kick off. Participants are asked to bring clip boards, pens, walking shoes and water. Any Arizona registered voter can sign the petition. Email: to reserve the number of petitions you wish to pick up. They cannot be signed online.  Check the website for “How-to” details.

Yes. It’s summer in Phoenix, not the optimum time to collect petition signatures.  But the heat that will have to be endured by those of us gathering the signatures is nothing compared to the stress on every Arizonan if this costly and economically unsustainable government expansion is not thwarted.

The actual $1.623 billion price tag of ObamaCare exceeds projections by four times! Here are the facts, courtesy of the Heritage Foundation. And regardless of what Jan Brewer claims, we all know there is no “free money” from Washington.

Call (480) 496-9037 for further information.

Sign up here to do your part to stop this massive expansion of ObamaCare in Arizona.

I’m going down Saturday to get some for my tea party group, not to mention my precinct chairman is on board to get it on the ballot. Time to make a stand against what brewer did to get her way and fight those big government Republicans who bowed to her.

    • Standing Tall says:

You’ve got that right, Blained. This won’t be an easy job, but only the legalization of the illegal invaders being shoved down our throats by McCain, Flake and their group of 8 “gangsters” is more pressing to our economy, health and welfare.

We are being sold out at every turn and the deceit is intensified when those who run as Republicans do it to us.

Alright this is the FIRST hit for the keyword OBREWERCARE on my Google alerts!

Print your petitions and hope to see you Saturday!

Brewer is scared and has opposing rally planned lets show WE ARE THE PEOPLE!!

The heat should merely spur us on. Get angry that we have to do this duty in the middle of summer. But direct your anger where it belongs. It is Jan Brewer and the traitorous RINOs who voted with the Democrats to pass this federal overreach that Jan Brewer thinks is so peachy. I made excuses for her when her brain freeze occurred. Now I realize that her lucid periods are the anomalies.
Here’s our goofy governator at her all time best:

  4. Dennis O'Brien says:

Worse than this unfortunate moment during a high pressure debate (for which I give her a sympathetic pass) was when she compounded it by saying “We HAVE DID what was right for Arizona.” She obviously has a problem communicating in basic English. I wonder if she reads.

“The actual $1.623 billion price tag of ObamaCare” —- shouldn’t that be “trillion”?

  6. LD 15 PC says:

I just received an email stating that Brewer is going to stage a competing rally across the lawn from the one being held by United Republican Alliance Of Principled Conservatives (URAPC). Does anyone have any info as to whether there is truth in that message? It sounds like a juvenile temper tantrum, if true.

  7. Hagar says:

LD25 Republicans this evening voted to censure Brewer and the “Gang of 6” turncoat Republican state senators and “Gang of 9” state representatives who colluded with the Democrats to foist OBrewercare on us. More such resolutions will follow I’m sure.
