Dedicated Dem wore catheter during abortion filibuster

Never underestimate the commitment of liberal Democrats when it comes to defending their right to slaughter pre-born human babies.

The Democrat at the heart of the filibuster of a Texas bill to ban abortion after 20-weeks of pregnancy and require clinics that perform them to upgrade their facilities to be classified as ambulatory surgical centers — demonstrated her dedication to abortion by actually wearing a catheter as she took to the state senate floor.

Sen. Wendy Davis, 50, donned pink running shoes, a back brace and, yes, a urinary catheter, to equip her for the 11-hour filibuster she delivered in support of abortion. Texas filibuster rules disallow bathroom breaks. But Davis’ keen enthusiasm for being able to snuff out human life was overpowering.

“She’s a total fighter,” gushed liberal abortion activist Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund. Richards is the daughter of the late former Texas governor Democrat Ann Richards, a longtime advocate of abortion.

Matthew Balan writing for NewsBusters reports on the fawning praise and biased coverage the national media provided to this “new star in Democratic politics.”

Watch this video in which she is being encouraged by CBS anchors Charlie Rose and Norah O’Donnell to run for governor of Texas based on her exploit — despite the fact that she barely squeaked into her state senate seat in November 2012 with 51.1% of the vote to her opponent’s 48.9%.

There’s a lot to ponder about those liberals. Their intensity to be able to murder babies is so strong they’ll resort to subjecting themselves to painful and often infection causing devices to keep the murder rate up. That’s exactly what Wendy Davis did.

If we hadn’t killed so many millions of Americans in utero since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, we wouldn’t have to hear that we have an aging population that needs to give amnesty to the very hordes who are invading us in order to survive our diminishing population stats. What other country has ever welcomed its invaders? The insanity of this reasoning is incomprehensible.

THESE are our new Americans we are supposed to welcome with open arms? Thanks, Senators Jeff Flake, John McCain, Marco Rubio, Chuck Schumer, Mike Lee, Michael Bennet, Dick Durbin, Robert Menendez and Lindsey Graham. You are all American heroes…….NOT. ….we are ever so grateful!

Cecile Richards is married and has three children. Wendy Davis has two. I wonder how grateful their children must be that their abortion supporter mothers didn’t have them “extracted” limb by limb or suctioned out, since they are such proponents of these “rights.”

So anyone can purchase a catheter? I find it annoying to have to get off my barstool to urinate. This revelation could greatly improve my quality of life.

    “She’s a total fighter”
That was a quote to describe this person (who was given the gift of life from her mother. by the way).

I’ve seen alot of fights. Can’t remember seeing any of them wearing a urinary catheter.

Perhaps it would be more accurate to call her a big pisser.

That’s the most fitting comment of the entire weekend! If there was a prize to win, you’d get it ….hands down!

Remember – the Dems voted to take God out of their platform at their Presidential convention. Then when the truth was out re their disdain for God – they had a scam vote, by which was another overwhelmingly no vote against God – but was called a yes to leave God in by the chairman at the behest of booos. Yes the Dems are the party of death and destruction.

      Platforms are pretty much meaningless.

The Republican platform is very specific regarding amnesty, yet many republicans are supporting citizenship or status legalization for the illegal foreign invaders to remain in the U.S., which IS amnesty, and there is no condemnation from the party at the national, state or local levels.

Hell the RNC and the AZGOP are fully on board and supporting amnesty, either in words or deeds or both. The leaders of both organizations need to be removed for betraying the platform and selling out the citizens in favor of lobbyist and special interest.

I will never vote for any candidate who supports amnesty of any sort, no matter what the race or who the opponent is.

and no parsing of words, if it is not repatriation it IS amnesty.

I refuse to support a candidate that wants to destroy the party and the country.
