Obamacare architect: Americans too stupid for truth

“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage”

Obamacare architect and top White House advisor Jonathan Gruber brags about deceiving the American people, who he thinks are too stupid to be told the truth about the fraudulent health care law he refers to as the Affordable Care Act, and the rest of us know as the Obamacare scam. His candid comments about the scheming behind this federally mandated disaster were unveiled at the 2013 Annual Health Economists’ Conference and recently made public.*

Jonathan Gruber boasts, “This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO (Congressional Budget Office) did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies. OK? So it’s written to do that. In terms of risk-rate subsides, if you made a law that said healthy people will pay in, made it explicit, that healthy people will pay in and sick people will get money, it would not have passed. Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever….but basically that was really, really critical to get the thing to pass. I’d rather have this law than not.”

Elitist Gruber, an MIT economist, who obviously holds his fellow Americans in the lowest esteem, has written a comic book to describe Obamacare to those he considers as little more than ignorant masses who will be forced to fund and live under its oppressive and age- restrictive provisions. In the comic book, he insultingly explains Obamacare is “the spinach we have to eat in order to get the dessert.”

Remember this vow of transparency from the practiced liar Barack Obama?

pretty much the same process as “immigration reform”, but with it there is a bipartisan sodomy on the American citizenry.

If the Republican majority caves to the amnesty demands of illegals and their advocates, we will witness political suicide the likes of which there is historically no equal. Tossing away the mandate given to them by fed up Americans will spell the end of the GOP. Many Democrats are as disgusted with this con job as Republicans are. Jobs that rightfully belong to American citizens, both native born and legally naturalized, are going to illegals. The Chamber of Commerce and liberal colluders like our Arizona senators McCain, Flake and previously Kyl have repeatedly shown who they favor. McCain and Kyl pushed for what they cagily called “Comprehensive Immigration Reform,” teaming with Dems who had everything to gain. McCain and the Flake were the lack of brains behind the so-called bi-partisan “Gang of Eight.” Both McCain and Flake need to go when they come up for election.
Although the Amnesty At Any Cost, Arizona Republic recently featured a slobbering article saying McCain and Flake would see their “clout grow in the new GOP-run Senate” their sagging approval numbers speak far louder.

This is what the Daily Caller had to say about Arizona’s disgraceful duo:

      http://dailycaller.com/2014/03/06/mccain-flake-race-for-least-popular-senator-prize/

McCain, Flake race for least popular senator prize

The two Republican Arizona senators who worked with Democrats to pass an immigration bill last June have managed to sink their poll ratings to record lows.
Sen. John McCain has reached a 30 percent approval rating from Arizona voters.
Sen. Jeff Flake, however, managed to reach further down to 27 percent approval.

please don’t just limit the blame to just McCain/mcflake.

far too many have going over to the dark side on this, az’s bruce ash started the trend of large numbers of republicans, with his republican/CoC paid for amnesty platform, including the az 4 getting on their knees to service the chambers of commerce, and all we hear about from the republican “leadership” the rnc and the gop is we need to do “immigration reform” which those of us who actually understand the English language IS amnesty.

“Paul Ryan Predicts Enough GOP Support for ‘Constructive Immigration Reform’”
“RNC Chair Priebus: Immigration Reform ‘Still Alive’ After Midterms”
“Rand Paul promised to help Mitch McConnell pass amnesty”

there is plenty more where these quotes came from, no good comes from amnesty, American workers are destroyed along with wages and a permanent democrat majority is created. if republicans pass amnesty and or do not stop obamas amnesty, they will never see another vote from me.

executive amnesty or legislative amnesty, of the two legislaitive is worse. at least with an executive order it may be possible to revers, legislative it never will be. hell as we are seeing even obamacare has the potential to go down. legislative amnesty is irreversible.

and to be perfectly clear, anything that allows illegals to stay in the country, including the status quo IS amnesty and is harming American citizens and will complete the destruction of our country.

and to all of you “lesser of two evils” sheep, how does it feel having the republican party treat you the same way the democrats treat their black voting block?

you are no different and they don’t care about you either.

And we are stupid. We keep voting people like our 2 professional politicians into the senate who are picking candidates and shoving them down our throats for other offices. Defund the GOP. It’s become as corrupt as the D’s. Citizens selected candidates only. We’ve got to keep the pressure on Ducey. Anyone who is endorsed by McCain makes me shake my head.

    • Ellsworth says:

McCain wins because he is all over TV like dog poop on an unkempt lawn. Newcomers to the state know his name but not his deceit. Senior citizens think he’s a hero because he tells them so, although those who were imprisoned with him in Hanoi don’t view him kindly. Nor do the parents of POWs he abandoned.

Flake only won this senate seat by the slimmest of margins over G. W. Bush’s surgeon general Dr. Richard Carmona and only because McCain and Ky traveled the state and cut ads pimping for Flake because they knew he’d be their amnesty boy. Carmona carried just under 46% to Flake’s 49%. It was hardly a sweep for Flake. Not only is he dependable to carry the amnesty water for the nutty RINOs, but he does so for his LDS (Mormon) Church as well. Their most zealous outreach is within Hispanic communities in Mexico, Central and South America. Previously Catholic Hispanics are the target of missionaries recruitment in all of these countries. You’ve heard of sanctuary cities? Utah is a sanctuary state for illegals.

This article was printed in the Salt Lake City Tribune in June 2013.

The GOP establishment abhors the term “amnesty” which is the rightful terminology for granting blanket forgiveness to our invading hordes. What makes me equally angry is the sappy term “immigration reform.” What the hell are we reforming? The United States of American is a sovereign nation with every right to have it’s own enforceable border. McCain and his like-thinkers say “We must secure the border FIRST.” First before what? Opening the floodgates to the invaders? And “secure the border” by what means? How do we keep them from climbing over fences and tunneling under roads and supposed”technology”? Obama sarcastically asked if we wanted to build a moat? My answer is an unequivocal YES! it would cost less, be easier to achieve and do the trick if it’s filled with flesh eating piranhas.

The United States has one of the most generous LEGAL immigration policies in the industrialized world. Gifting our citizenship to criminal invaders, regardless of how long they’ve been squatting here and sapping our taxpayer paid benefits is beyond moronic. Anyone who supports this will never get my vote or donations again.

      • azgary says:

yes, no matter what they try to deceptively call it, anything, including the status quo that allows illegals to stay in the country IS AMNESTY.

and I also call into question our legal immigration system, far too many are allowed into the country.

we had almost no immigration from the 1930s to 1965 when we enjoyed skyrocketing growth and standards of living, then the kennedy immigration legislation was passed flooding us with third worlders, destroying what was built.

we need no or very selective legal immigration and need to stop anchor babies and chain migration. our immigration policies used to be ran by the labor dept and only when critically needed was there any amounts of immigrants let in.

lets get americans back to work, and let wages rise naturally.

no amnesty, illegals need to leave the country(start fining and imprisoning employers of illegals if need be) and stop legal immigration.

enforce the law and force politicians to choose americans over foreigners and lobbyist bribes.

no amnesty by any name, American jobs for American citizens.

Lets also remember the Fox channel uses both Flake & McCain when they push Legal Status as well, pointing out just yesterday on O’Reily with Kelly saying that they’re from AZ and they want it along with the rest of the Gang, funny sounds like the Mafia doesn’t it, oh well, be careful on Fox as they’re no different than most other RINO groups. So looks like mission accomplished for Flake & McCain as they tell the Country it’s okay and with Fox promoting it along with them we must be alright with it here in AZ, time to Blast Fox with Tweets, Emails & Calls. God Bless You All; Van

    • azgary says:

fox is far from conservative, it only seems that way because we compare it to the rest of the msm.

all you need to know is fox constantly has rove, McCain, McConnell pushing the republican left wing, chamber of commerce agenda.

fox’s owner is also in the tank for amnesty.

      • Clair Van Steenwyk says:

Agree completely AZgary; unfortunately many who watch them don’t know they are, thanks for the comments.

Republican amnesty architect Az’s brush ash needs to resign!

“Arizona RNC Chair resignation sought after calling for attack on radio host”

“Arizona’s RNC Committeeman Bruce Ash called for violence this weekend against a popular conservative radio show host James T. Harris in case establishment candidate Martha McSally should lose the CD2 congressional race. Now, Republican leaders in Pima County are calling for his resignation. It is always the cover-up that sinks you. On Saturday, November 8”

chuck wooten, rightly called him out and is leading the charge against “amnesty” ash

amnesty ash and Robbie mccgraham are perfect examples of everything wrong with the republican party and the azgop

It would be great if possible for a vote of no confidence on mcgraham here. probably too short of notice though

This video exposes more liberal lies. Watch the disgusting Nancy Pelosi saying she didn’t know who the now toxic Jonathan Gruber is. Further into the clip she credits him with doing the work moving Obamacare forward. Watch and marvel at the sheer gall!
