Illegals warned ID theft, other crimes can impact driver’s license

Criminals told prior bad acts will be revealed to MVD

Tucked away at the bottom of page 3B in USA Today‘s insert in the daily, was this one-state-away glimpse into the madness —- via a federal judicial decree —- that has grasped Arizona, now issuing driver‘s licenses to so-called D.R.E.A.M.E.R.S. In the news report, California boldly acknowledges the widespread criminality of those they embrace.

In August we wrote Have you heard? The USA is “the other Mexico after Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto described the United States in that manner as he stood beside the agreeing leftist California Gov. Jerry Brown. (Watch this shocking one minute video.)

Notice that the news report uses the words “migrant,” “immigrant” and “immigrants,” when referring to what is claimed to be nearly a million-and-a-half driving age illegal aliens who have invaded the single state. Actual immigrants arrive legally, comply with our laws and apply for citizenship.

CALIFORNIA GEARS UP FOR MIGRANT DRIVER’S LICENSES

While tens of thousands of immigrants living in the country illegally are gearing up to apply for a long-sought driver’s license in California starting Jan. 2, others are being urged to think twice.

Immigrant advocates say the vast majority should be able to get licensed without trouble but they want anyone who previously obtained a driver’s license under a false name or someone else’s Social Security number to speak first with a lawyer.

The same applies to immigrants with a prior deportation order or criminal record because federal immigration officials and law enforcement can access Department of Motor Vehicles data during an investigation.

The state expects 1.4 million immigrants to apply for the licenses over the next three years.

  1. Arizona Conservative Guy says:

I notice in the first link that the Arizona order was issued by U.S. District Court Judge David G. Campbell, who commanded that Arizona stop denying driver’s licenses to illegals. Isn’t that a vast amount of power to be placed with one judge as he overrides the wishes of the Arizona voters who overwhelmingly supported Prop. 200 in 2004? I just looked up what was on the ballot as Arizona Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act. It was simple in its approach:
REQUIRES: PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP WHEN REGISTERING TO VOTE; REJECTION OF VOTER REGISTRATION NOT ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP; SHOWING IDENTIFICATION BEFORE RECEIVING A BALLOT; STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO VERIFY IDENTITY OF APPLICANTS FOR CERTAIN STATE AND LOCAL PUBLIC BENEFITS; AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TO REPORT APPLICANTS WHO VIOLATE IMMIGRATION LAW.

And what do you know? The Arizona Chamber of Commerce was among those apposing the measure. All of the arguments pro and con follow the wording of the proposition, It’s interesting to see who stood where.

    • ZOO says:

Many might recall it was the Chamber of Whores who teamed with convicted immigration law criminal Grant Woods and chipped in $1.2 million for the TV campaign against Prop 200. Actors dressed as fire and policemen pleaded for a NO vote, with the hook and ladder boys stating ‘we can’t put out your neighbor’s house fire until we check his citizenship.’ It was the biggest (and still is) pack of lies to every hit Arizona air waves.

Support for Prop 200 exceeded 80% prior to this brainwash venture, landing at 57% on election day. A spokes mouth for the Whores remarked afterwards ‘if we would have started the campaign earlier we would have defeated Prop 200.’ The Chamber’s board of directors should have been hunted down and strung up by taxpayers 10 years ago.

  2. LD 23 PC says:

Both AZ Conservative and ZOO are correct! This was strongly supported by Arizona’s voting citizens. The vote totals on Proposition 200 can be seen here on page 16 of the Secretary of State’s General Election official canvas of votes:

The Chamber of Commerce stood in opposition, along with the unions, and other leftist organizations.

  3. Sampson says:

The Chamber of Commerce is still merely a shill for big business and cheap labor for both parties. Their support for Common Core is beyond belief. Be careful if you support your local chamber. See where they pay membership. Let your local businesses know what a big bloated arem of the political class they have become. We can stop it…but it’s up to us. Don’t count on McCain, Boehner, or McSally.

  4. Braveheart says:

Just wondering. Will these licenses given to illegals have any distinctive indications that differentiate them from those issued to U.S. citizens and legal residents? It would seem something would be needed to alert law enforcement, banks or those renting them apartments, selling them cars or providing employment that they are here illegally.

    • ZOO says:

The only distinctive indication will be the expiration date – which will coincide with Obama’s proclamation(s). Any other subtleties (such as requiring them to wear sombreros for the pictures) will be immediately pounced upon by the ACLU (All Chicano Liberties Union).

  5. American Dad says:

The hard truth for many of us to swallow is that we have elected those who are determined to undo the America we know. It’s not just democrats who are hard at work “fundamentally transforming America” as Obama promised to do. We have Republicans in Congress who are readily going along with the agenda, thinking it shows how open they are to diversity. They are agents of a colossal sham being perpetrated upon us all, with dire consequences for the future of this country and our future generations. Not only are we deeply in debt and incurring more each and every day under Obama, but we are on the brink of losing our history, traditions and most importantly our freedoms. We will become indistinguishable from impoverished and crime filled Mexico and the Central American countries that are invading us, as the welcome mat is thrown down for all comers. Where are the voices raised in opposition to this outrage??
