    My guess his thoughts on government size and benefits paid to government employees are much closer to mine than most of those on SRAZ.

    Thomas Sowell is a true rags to riches story, in terms of gaining national prominence after coming from deprivation and leaving home while still a teen. He is living proof that a great mind cannot be hindered. Sowell is a superb conservative thinker which is why the Arizona Republic never displays his columns preferring liberals who make the newspaper’s left leaning case on issues.

    In just a few brief, nearly perfectly turned phrases, Dr. Sowell has the ability to boil down any topic to its actual core, and most importantly, get it RIGHT. But most importantly, he’s a conservative. That’s why the liberal Arizona newspaper rejects him.
