Community organizer in the WH still trying to organize communities

Barack Obama’s focus as a community organizer has grown along with the powerful office he holds as President of the United States. Now as a lame duck with his second term closing in on him, he still has leftist agenda items he appears determined to implement.

Currently his sights are set on communities across America that don’t meet his standards of what a diversified community should look like.

Stanley Kurtz writing for National Review explains the far-reaching regulations contained in Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH):

“In the early stages, the AFFH rule will mandate the collection of information on the precise racial, ethnic, and income distribution of housing in nearly every census tract in the nation. Once that information has been gathered, escalating pressure will be placed on municipalities across the country to abandon local zoning policies and re-engineer housing stock at local expense. Municipalities will be pressured to join regional consortia that will have the effect of taking housing decisions out of the hands of elected officials and the citizens they represent. And the federal government will pressure localities to build dense housing developments near transportation hubs and business areas.”

Kudos to AZ U.S. Rep. Paul Gosar (R-CD 4), who sponsored the amendment blocking the passage of AFFH —- a social engineering regulation of the worst kind. It would rig federal grant monies intended to address community improvements to compliance with the regime’s standards.

“American citizens and communities should be free to choose where they would like to live and not be subject to federal neighborhood engineering at the behest of an overreaching federal government,” said Gosar, who is leading an effort in the House to block the regulations. Watch Gosar’s appearance on FOX News.

If enacted, this measure could depress property values as cheaper homes crop up in wealthier neighborhoods and raise taxes, Gosar warned. It could also tilt the balance of political power as more Democrat-leaning minorities are funneled into Republican-leaning neighborhoods.

    Gosar is a frigging hypocrite:

yet he is for amnesty which is MANY times worse, and will create a permanent democrat voting majority, but thats ok though because thats what lobbyist pay him for:

    What immigration reform must entail
By U.S. Reps. David Schweikert, Matt Salmon and Paul Gosar
…….At the same time, there is no benefit to keeping 11 million illegal immigrants trapped in the shadows. In fact, it is in our country’s interest to know who they are and where they live.
Reforming our immigration system to address the status of the 11 million people in our country illegally should focus on normalizing their legal status

SRAZ, There should be no praise for Gosar in this instance when he is FAR worse on others.
Rep Gosar, why do you disdain american citizens so much so you would choose foreign invaders over american citizens? Is the short term power and lobbyist money really worth it to create a permanent democrat voting majority and finish of the country and the constitution?

“Tilting the balance of political power” is what this is all about.

When redistricting was taking place in Arizona, the catch phrase used repeatedly by Mary Rose Wilcox and her liberal like thinkers, was “communities of interest.” This was the justification for implementing Hispanic majority districts from city council to congressional, ie: Democrat majority voting blocs.

Now the head leftist, overseeing the flood of illegal aliens pouring into the US, wants to ensure a Dem majority nationally. This is an obscene overreach, but that has never dissuaded this Marxist, who like Lenin, Trotsky and Marx is also in favor of redistribution of wealth.

    • azgary says:

blaming only the left or Obama for the push for a democrat majority is a grave mistake when the vast majority of elected republicans and ALL of the leadership is for the same thing with amnesty.

at least the left are not hypocrites and destroying their supporters like the republicans are

This is a two-fer for the Marxist redistributionist in the White House.

    1) “Wealthy” peace-loving, taxpaying, law-abiding Republican-type citizens will be ‘threatened’ by this, and 2) there will never, ever be a Republican stronghold anywhere again. This is against everything this country stands for – but he’s turning everything on its head.

Because the government will give money/grants to the towns and cities tied to this, many local politicians won’t be able to resist.

I’m sure Barbra Streisand’s Malibu compound in a blue city in a blue state won’t be affected. Spielberg, Katzenberg, the Google billionaires will all be safe. It’ll mostly hurt middle class/upper middle class people. Marxists hate the middle class.

If that Castro guy runs with Hillary and she wins, that’s IT for America.

    • azgary says:

its “it” for America no matter which pre-amnesty anti-American citizen candidate wins.

and since ALL of the republicans running are for amnesty too, unless a different voice of reason comes out and runs its over no matter the outcome.

people need to wake up to the fact that republican amnesty is no different than democrat amnesty, obamas amnesty is no different than mccains, which is no different than walker or cruz’s( or pauls, bushs, warrens etc… all of them are for some amnesty scheme) and don’t be fooled by those arguments that legalization is any different than citizenship, all will end with the same net result eventually; a permanent democrat voting majority, the end of the middle class and our nation. Illegals leaving the country by choice or by force is the ONLY acceptable solution

Section 8 housing in DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Eagle Mountain, FireRock, Gainey Ranch, Grayhawk, Legend Trail, McCormick Ranch, Mirabel, Silverleaf, Sonora Vista, Troon North, and Whisper Rock – ??? Oh the humanity!

Lower property values? We certainly can’t have that! Actually, I hope the groundbreaking begins tomorrow. This has been the missing sacrament in the Most Holy Church of Chamber of Commerce. The elites in the Treason Lobby have poured their millions into the Mexican invasion to benefit their bottom lines without fear it would ever come back to bite them in their little ‘worlds.’

This is exactly the deterrent and payback deserved by the brunch bunch. Blasting Hip Hop, burglaries, graffiti, home invasions, vandalism, robberies, gunfire, El Rancho / Food City plastic bags and Bud Light bottles in their front yards….it is a dream come true. I’ll cut the ceremonial ribbons.

I know how you feel, but be careful what you wish for. This is wrong, it’s bad and it’s un-American. The heavy hand of the government dictator needs to be stopped.

It is not a carrier, thank God for that.

How about the Air Force General introducing his “husband”.

How much lower can we go?

Why do you think the liberals at the Arizona Repulsive newspaper favor the deception known as “Top Two”? The top two vote getters in the Primary election would vie against one another in the General. The catch is they would not necessarily represent the two parties. What the newspaper is angling for is giving the voters a choice between TWO DEMOCRATS.
