“Marcomentum” Another reason to distrust Marco Rubio

Gang Of Eighter Marco magically tries to transform third place into blue ribbon success

In the aftermath of Ted Cruz’ Iowa primary caucus victory, the politicians are hard at work recasting the results to suit their whims.

Donald Trump, who petulantly decided to skip the Jan. 28 debate in Des Moines, took second place. His calculated risk was preceded and followed by puerile mockery of Cruz. But third placer Marco Rubio takes the cake. His emailed solicitation of (at least) $20.16 in campaign donations that went out Wednesday bizarrely reconfigures his third place showing into a stunning triumph, as he writes:

“Monday night was amazing.

All of our hard work leading up to the Iowa caucuses paid off. I’m thrilled with our success there, and you should be too.

But make no mistake: The results in Iowa were just the beginning.“Marcomentum” swept Iowa, and next it’s going to take over New Hampshire.”

Marco doesn’t seem to grasp the fact that churning 1 percent milk will never make butter.

Next thing we know John McCain’s amnesty pushing Gang of Eight member Marco Rubio will undergo the same pre-election transformation of his supporters.

Remember former Sen. Jon Kyl — now a Rubio endorser — cutting this hard liner TV spot? John McCain will be remembered for this tough on the border ad long after he’s forgotten where he placed his drool cup. Gangster Jeff Flake took the same pre-election expediency route, briefly dismaying his pro-amnesty cheering section at the Arizona Republic. But in the end, they are all exposed as double-talking frauds. All of them colluded with Democrats in support of amnesty for illegals.

“Marcomentum” can be discounted as ludicrous hyperbole. The invasion of our country is deadly serious business.

$20.16?? That’s chump change!! This morning I received an email from Rubio’s communications strategist pacifically targeting Trump and Cruz, asking for $500 to “support Marco.” I must have found my way to their ‘foolish moneybags’ list. They’re barking up the wrong tree with me.

  2. Arizona Conservative Guy says:

Breitbart provides a fact based report with this: “Chuck Schumer: Rubio ‘Totally Committed’ To Obama’s Immigration Agenda.” The photo alone is one I imagine Marco would rather run FROM, not WITH. I doubt he’ll be using it in his presidential race.

  3. VINOAZ says:

I am sick of IOWA and NH. I would bypass them and concentrate on states with a significant number of delegates. I am sick of the slick liar Rubio. Things haven’t really changed in politics. “It was in this campaign (AD 65) that Cicero’s brother drew up for him a manual of electioneering technique. ‘Be lavish in your promises,’ Quintus advised; ‘men prefer a false promise to a flat refusal. . . . Contrive to get some new scandal aired against your rivals for crime, corruption, or immorality.’”

    • State Delegate says:

Great find…brilliant assessment, VINOAZ. It sounds identical to the playbook being used by Hillary, Trump and Mccain’s amnesty twerp Rubio. The one thing we can expect from any of them is more illegals and a further influx of unvetted Muslim “refugees.” Were there no lessons learned from September 11, 2001 and all of the Muslim atrocities committed here in the US since the death destruction of that horrific day? The liberal mantra of political correctness will do us in.

  4. Realist says:

As he campaigns, McCain claims to want to build the dang fence. But in reality, he calls any attempt to secure our border “a waste of billions of dollars.” He is a shill for George Soros‘ La Raza and the cheap labor profiteers at the Chamber of Commerce who are all very generous supporters of his..

  5. Patriot Dad says:

Laughed out loud over the reference to McCain’s drool cup. I don’t think he’ll lose it, though, since his toady Jeff Flake is always stationed nearby carrying it for McAwful.

  6. Marianne says:

Marco Rubio is being promoted by all of the establishment RINOs concerned over either Ted Cruz or Donald Trump grabbing the GOP nomination..Marco is a slick talker who was originally recruited into politics by Jeb Bush. What a mentor!!

The push for Rubio is coming at us from all sides it seems: Sean Hannity said to him “you’d make a good president.” Rick Santorum (uber Conservative) endorsed Rubio. We’ll see how he does in NH and what the reaction of conservatives and liberal Republicans will be. If we end up with Rubio as the nominee, I don’t know how many Republicans/Independents will come out to vote. Lots of people are tired of the Establishment and holding our nose for “their” pick.

The FOXsters seem to be in love with Marco.

Very dangerous guy. British press reported weeks ago that M.R. pulled strings to get a major illegal drug distribution case dropped regarding his brother in law in Florida.

The ties to McCain are all we need to know about Ruse-E-Oh.

By the way, some of the shady ladies are doing pretty well for themselves today——Megyn Kelly has signed a book deal with Harper Collins publishing house which is estimated to bring in about 10 million bucks.

Michelle Obama has been gifted 9 million dollars for doing a few “public service announcements”.

And Nancy Pelosi, after quoting the prophet muhammed today at the National Prayer Breakfast, is still somehow in good standing with the Catholic Church.

Americans are being conned, but bear the ultimate responsibility for the swindle. They are too busy with their diversions to pay attention to the candidates and issues. Few seek information and most make up their minds at the last minute based on the last commercial they heard. People voted for Barack Obama because it would be “historic” or because they were bribed with a free cell phone or thought Obamessiah would take care of their every need. You’ll recall this clip that made the rounds showing a woman who took her young daughter out of school to see Obama. She told a reporter that she would never have to pay her mortgage or buy gas for her car again if Obama was elected. I wonder how she felt when Obamacare was more expensive than what she previously had—minus the choices.

  11. LD 23 PC says:

This Michelle Malkin post on La Raza (“The Race”) is a few years old, but the only change is that it has become even more emboldened and wealthier. Marco Rubio’s mentor John McCain has been a frequent presenter at this racist organization. Yes. ‘Minorities’ can be racist as we‘re witnessing all too frequently. .

  12. East Valley Conservative says:

    Seeing Red,
You omitted Matt Salmon’s glowing endorsement of Amnesty Marco. Connect the dots. Salmon co-authored an op-ed with Paul Gosar and David Schweikert that the AZ Repugnant newspaper was all too happy to print. Using the deception of “We are all immigrants” it gave cover to illegals. America has a generous LEGAL immigration policy, accepting over a million legal immigrants each year.

Churches, viewing the illegals as potential members as they suffer declining participation, are all too happy to give themaid and comfort. Look how well that’s worked out in Utah. Gosar and Schweikert are both Roman Catholic and following the pope’s directives. Marco was raised Mormon for a time and now attends various denominations including Catholic. Maybe Salmon is hoping to bring him back to the Mormon fold?

Reported on breitbart.com yesterday that the US Border Patrol has been ordered to stand down completely. Disclosed during a hearing in Congress earlier this week.

Again, Soros’ plan: collapse the borders, collapse the economy, one world government headed by the U.N.
Is it not a coincidence that Obama is actively seeking the position of U.N. Secretary General. That position becomes vacant at the end of this year. How convenient.
