McCain was Marco Rubio’s Waterloo

Before exiting the 2016 GOP presidential race Wednesday, N.J. Gov. Chris Christy expertly exposed Rubio Marco as a robotic talking points lightweight during the New Hampshire debate:

The ‘Courageous Conservatives’ ad is excellent. Marco Rubio is being supported by open borders billionaires, from whom he’ll never stray.

The thing that bothers me is since Rubio’s been running and it’s mentioned that he quickly became part of the Gang of 8, McCain’s name isn’t the one connected to either Rubio or the ‘gang’ – it’s Chuck Schumer. McCain lives and dies for open borders and amnesty – like his friend George Soros and his deceased BFF Ted Kennedy.

Thank you Chris Christie for single-handedly exposing the fraud who is Marco Rubio. I saw earlier that Rubio is looking forward to a brokered convention in Ohio. He’s not giving up easily. And there are those in the GOPe who will keep pushing him.

Great point, and one I’ve also noticed. Thanks for the reminder. McCain, who has made amnesty for illegals his reason to get up each morning, is suddenly relegated to a back seat behind liberal Chuck Schumer. This is a contrivance to make this scheme appear to be Democrat driven during a presidential election year.. In fact, its main promoters have been Arizona Rebublicrats, McCain, Kyl and now the sleazy Jeff Flake. What their motivation is for increasing the breadth of the Democrat Party is beyond me.

  2. Truth or Consequences says:

Outstanding video on the Gang of Eight, SeeingRed. Really shows how McCain destroys everything he touches, Rubio was a TEA Party hero and flying high until McCain got hold of him. It is all over now for Rubio.

Even McCain flip-flopper Matt Salmon’s endorsement of Rubio is not going to save him. That endorsement only showed how closely Salmon is tied to the McCain-Establishment syndicate.

    • MacBeth says:

      You’ve got that right!!!
Jon McKyl, Mark McBrnovich and Matt McSalmon are on board with McCain’s amnesty clone Marco Rubio. He also has the support of multibillionaire Paul Singer, and phony conservative talk show host Michael Medved who finally abandoned his first amnesty choice Jeb Bush when his campaign began to tank.

In an effort to promote him, the increasingly disappointing Hugh Hewitt calls Rubio “Hillary’s worst nightmare.” Wrong! He’s actually mine. I’m a conservative.

      • Conservative Since Birth says:

Hugh Hewitt – the guy who praised Obama’s speech at the Baltimore mosque. I’m wondering if he’s a plant in the GOP. He shows up on CNN. PBS and many times his radio show features leftwing columnists – one day recently, the whole 2 or 3 hours were featuring his “Democrat friends” as he calls them. It makes me cringe when he calls himself a “conservative.” He and Michael Medved should stop the charade.

  3. MacBeth says:

Forgot to add that McCain himself would never endorse Marco Rubio. His stamp of approval would be the fatal blow to Rubio’s ambitions, exposing his deep connection to the deceitful slime ball McCain.

I wish all of these RINOs like McCain, Rubio, Christie, Collins, Flake, Graham, Christie, Bush, etc. would take off their masks and reveal their true personae as crypto-Socialists; in essence, Fifth Columnists within Republican ranks. This is why I left the Republican party in 1990 and became an unaffiliated voter. Sadly, the Democrat and Republican parties have become the two wings of the same loathsome Socialist carrion-feeder.

  5. Saguaro Sam says:

Loved Ann Coulter’s column, posted on, regarding the most recent GOP debate in which Chris Christie drew attention to Marco the Robot Rubio.

Coulter’s column is entitled, “New Jersey Man Slays Child”

Ann Coulter for WH Press Secretary, if we make it to the election.

    BTW: Financial markets very unstable.
Remember Soros’ mission, worldwide: Collapse all borders then collapse economies to implement one world government.

    • Seeing Red AZ says:

Ann Coulter hits it out of the park with that excellent column, Saguaro Sam. We have taken the liberty of adding the link to her Breitbart commentary to your comment.

      Thanks for the heads up!

. . . and Soros makes a bundle. He’s done it before and wants to profit big on a world-wide financial collapse.

  7. Attila the Hunny says:

Marco Rubio stands as living proof of the truism regarding the political class: “One day you’re the toast of the town, the next you’re toast.”

It’s time to smear the marmalade on McMarco.

  8. LD 23 PC says:

Adios, Marco. Your time has come and gone. And since you’ve given up your senate job, even when you were still being paid to perform the duties you campaigned to fulfill, you can now move on to the lucrative position of lobbyist. I’ll bet Jon Kyl will be happy to hire you. Birds of feather and all that. John McCain will make sure you have a soft landing. You were such a good amnesty water boy.

  9. Villanova says:

Chris Christy is my new hero. He took out the slippery Marco Rubio on his own way out the door. That was a monumental gift to America!! Thank you, Gov. Christy!!!
