Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 1936 – 2016

“A devastating loss”

Precise, honest and hard-hitting, Ann Coulter — with legal creds in high dungeon — discusses the passing of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. She warns, ‘Craven Coward Republicans in Washington’ Had Better Not Confirm An Obama Nominee. Read her assessment on Breitbart.  You’ll likely find your head nodding in vigorous agreement.

In this interview, Mark Levin, a renown Constitutional scholar, says of Justice Scalia who died Saturday,  “I would count him as a top ten, maybe a top five of all time, and he wasn’t even a Chief Justice. This is a devastating loss for people who love this country. It’s a devastating loss for those of us who love the Constitution.”

RIP, Justice Scalia. Job well done.

The loss of Justice Scalia’s is monumental. The thought of Obama making an appointment to fill this vacancy should send chills down the back of every freedom loving American. I grieve the loss of this patriot.

Ann Coulter couldn’t be more correct! The go-along-to-get-along GOP stooges should suffer stunning election defeats if they cave on approving a leftist Obama appointee.

That’s their “bi-partisan” modus operandi. My question is why doesn’t it ever work the other way? Bipartisanship means that the Republicans throw up their hands and yell, “Uncle!!” Democrats never break ranks.

  3. Conservative Since Birth says:

It’s bad enough that we lost this giant of the Supreme Court, now we have to worry about the lily-livered McConnell and how this will be handled. If McConnell doesn’t fight, then we have to deal with the likes of McCain, Flake, Graham, Kelly Ayotte, Joni Ernst, Susan Collins, Bob Corker, Orrin Hatch, et al who have been known to ‘cooperate’ with Obama. The way no Republican voted for Obamacare is the way the GOP should handle this very important matter. Stand together. The Republicans are in the majority. Let’s not give in to the worst, most destructive president ever.

Democrats NEVER give up when it comes to the relinquishing of power.

Please follow the link provided by SRAZ, as to the interview with the brilliant Mark Levin.

Last night, one of the Washington, D.C. newspapers carried a big story about some relatively young US Circuit Court judge who is an Obama-ite. No dissenting votes to his nomination to the Federal bench in 2013–Cruz and Rubio gave him their OK

He was born in India and clerked for Sanda Day O’Conner. Can’t recall his very foreign sounding name, but it looks like alphabet soup.

    Please pray for God’s Mercy.

    Take a look at this:

    http://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/15/us/ranch-owner-recalls-finding-justice-antonin-scalias-body.html?_r=0

Justice Scalia, apparently alone in his room for as much as 12 hours supposedly discovered deceased, with his hand folded neatly and the bed linens not even rumpled.

The two local Justices of the Peace were not told of the identity of the deceased, and he was pronounced dead Over The Telephone!
(There are still many locations throughout this county where there is no physician who holds the title of Medical Examiner, and it falls to the local Justice of the Peace to handle matters involving deceased persons.)

Several hours after he was found dead, a priest arrived to administer Last Rites. It is reported that the priest insisted on doing this Alone with the deceased.

I have found it to always be the case that a Catholic priest welcomes family or friends to be at the bedside and to join in certain prayers when Last Rites are administered, regardless of whether the person is in the throes of dying or is already deceased.

Just last week, I received a letter from Fr. Frank Pavone, who is the national director of Priests for Life. This is an organization that fights for religious freedom; is fighting Obamacare, and continues to fight Planned Parenthood.

Fr. Pavone’s letter began with this sentence: “I am so pleased to report that the Supreme Court of the United States has announced that it will hear our lawsuit. . .” (filed in 2012, which challenges the legality of the ObamaCare mandate regarding abortion and contraception).

So, SRAZ readers, you can see that there is a lot at stake.

It reminds me of the time, several years ago, when the birth certificate hoopla had reached fever pitch. And the only person who could definitively attest to the circumstances surrounding the birth of BHO was his white grandmamma in Hawaii. Suddenly, this grandmother who supposedly had no previous illnesses was whisked away to a nursing home in Hawaii. Obama, without Michelle or the kiddies, made a trip there. And within days, but well after BHO was safely out of Hawaiian airspace, Grandmamma was dead.

    Pray for God’s Mercy. Please.

We need a woman president. Just like we need three lunatic non-constutional women on the court. May God have mercy on us.drj
