“Nancy Davis Reagan has led a remarkable life – as an adoring daughter, a loving mother, a devoted and sensitive partner, and a worthy ambassador for our country as First Lady. I have seen her cope bravely with life’s most difficult challenges, exuding grace and dignity and strength. I am so proud of this woman…I can’t imagine life without her.”

— Ronald Reagan, in a March 1994 message to the Junior League of Los Angeles tribute dinner honoring Nancy Reagan

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Library has the details concerning the former First Lady’s memorial.

The Reagan years made many of us the conservatives we are today. How fortunate we were to have lived during that time. and be exposed to dignity, love of country and a reverence of our Constitution. Unlike the vapid GOP candidates we see coarsely duking it out in the mud, Ronald Reagan skillfully won his adversaries over with wit and facts. I suspect he would have been appalled by Donald Trump’s slight knowledge of the issues, eager acquiescence to the left and clumsy showmanship. Reagan’s detractors mocked him as “an actor.” Trump is the actor today, and not a very good one. Those faces he makes are as embarrassing as his regurgitated lines that he repeats as if using an echo machine.

I do miss President and Nancy Reagan. May God bless them both.

This inseparable couple are together again. By their example, they taught the meaning of leadership and love to millions of Americans. Their obvious devotion to one another never needed to be stated.
    Rest in Peace, Nancy.

I admired both Mr. and Mrs. Reagan for so many reasons. It was a great time in America with them in the White House. Everything was good – best years ever! Glad I was around to experience it. RIP Nancy.

If you haven’t been to the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, I would highly recommend it. Saw where President Reagan is buried on the grounds and now know Nancy will be right beside the love of her life for eternity..
