BREAKING: McCain’s fumbles take center stage at AZ Prez convention

April 30, 2016

A score of anti-John McCain activists distributed hundreds of “McCain Fumbles,” five-inch pressure relief foam footballs at the Arizona Republican Presidential Preference Convention held at the Mesa Convention Center Saturday morning.

The four panels imprinted on the footballs enumerated long-held complaints conservatives have against John McCain. The messages urge voters not to renew McCain’s contract and to make him a free agent.

Word has it that AZ GOP chairman Robert Graham was not pleased with the footballs. Some railbirds were overheard opining the footballs were payback for Graham’s tyrannical behavior at the state GOP January 2015 meeting and Graham’s siding with the Republican establishment against conservative elected precinct committeemen during his terms as state GOP chair.

Left’s utterly ridiculous education statements

April 30, 2016

Liberal Provocateur E.J. Montini, one of the remaining henchmen at the increasingly irrelevant Periódico de la República de Arizona (Arizona Republic) headlines his column “Arizona is selling our kids’ brains to the Koch brothers.”

In Liberal Land, the Koch brothers are targeted and reviled for being wealthy political conservatives who usually donate to GOP candidates. No such indignant hostility exists when radical leftist ideologues George Soros, Tom Steyer, or Michael Bloomberg — among the multitude of other Dems* finance the left-wing agenda.

Question for E.J. Montini: Would the disturbing facts dropping out of the mouth of Robert Chanin, longtime General Counsel for the “powerful” American Education Association (on the occasion of his retirement),  also qualify as “selling our kids’ brains?” Those leftwing unionist teachers spend more time with America’s children than most of their parents do. The NEA members  are proficient propagandists. Keep these words in mind when you mark your ballots on Prop. 123. Don’t fall for the con. Vote No.

Obamacare: Public opinion takes a nose dive

April 30, 2016

More Americans disapprove than approve of Health Care Law

Substantial increases in Obamacare premiums are having a negative impact on Barack Obama’s signature health care measure. In January, he vetoed legislation to repeal the law, claiming doing so “would reverse the significant progress we have made in improving health care in America.”

Yet according to this newly released Pew Research Center survey, 54 percent of Americans disapprove of the 2010 Affordable Care Act compared with only 44 percent who approve of the law. Disapproval has surged by a whopping 10 percentage points. The divide has also become more pronounced since July, when 48 percent of respondents said they approved of the law and 49 percent said they disapproved. Nearly 1/3 of  Americans now say the health care law has had a mostly negative effect on them and their families.

Freedom Partners lists the shockingly high 2016 Individual Market Exchange Premium increases by state.

The sheeple are waking up to learn there is no such thing as a free lunch. Baa-a.

Alex Meluskey lacking senate creds rips Dr. Kelli Ward

April 29, 2016

Why is Alex Meluskey tearing into Dr. Kelli Ward in Arizona’s U.S. Senate race?  Rather than promoting what he regards as his own qualities and whatever he would count as relevant experience, he’s sending out vicious attacks on the most accomplished person running to unseat John McCain. Dr. Kelli Ward is a two-term former state senator and physician uniquely able to tackle the nightmare of Obamacare.

Though the Senate Conservatives Fund posts Retire John McCain, Meluskey, most recently registered as PND or Party Not Designated, appears to be soundly in the McCain Camp, as he runs a sham campaign while calling himself a “principled conservative.”

McCain’s strategy has always included “ringers” like Meluskey, whose job it is to skew the race to McCain — first elected in 1982. Rasmussen polling revealed during the 2010 campaign, GOP  voters in Arizona unequivocally expressed displeasure with John McCain by an astonishing 61%, saying he‘s out of touch with the Republican base.

In the intervening years, anti-McCain ire has intensified. McCain has been censured by an overwhelming majority of elected state committeemen, who are tired of his leftist trickery. And Alex Meluskey, believed by many to be an operative for the very senior senator who will be 80 by Election Day, works to muddy the waters.

When it comes to John McCain’s election desperation, there is no sewer fetid or dank enough to contain his schemes. During his 2010 senate race, candidates came out of the woodwork to enter the fray. One widely suspected to be a recruited stooge, had his home mysteriously removed from foreclosure proceedings after the election.

We invite you to review Proof Dr. Kelli Ward frightens John McCain. Then ask yourself why she is being hammered by a marginal candidate lacking even a Republican registration — until it was beneficial to him. And why do you think Meluskey employs an inside the beltway public relations team to do his dirty work?

This is Dr. Kelli Ward, a principled, Constitutional conservative, who will bring credentials and much needed decency to the U.S. Senate. She will make Arizonans proud to finally have representation. Alex Melusky’s tactics are reprehensible as is his faked conservatism.

McCain’s fundraiser busted for meth lab, hard drugs, explosives, counterfeit cash

April 27, 2016

Profitable side line for McCain fundraiser

Raw Story reports that John McCain’s fundraiser has been busted for a having an operational meth lab in her home, along with LSD, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamines, explosive materials  and counterfeit cash.

Emily Orme Pitha, 34, campaign fundraiser for McCain’s 2016 reelection, previously worked as a staffer for now retired Sen. Jon Kyl, who passed her on to John McCain. Her boyfriend, Christopher Hustrulid, 36, was also taken into custody by Maricopa County Sheriff’s detectives. Two children, ages 5 and 10, live in the house and were exposed to the meth lab.  Read the complete report here.

Proof Dr. Kelli Ward frightens John McCain

April 27, 2016

Ann Kirkpatrick is an example of McMisdirection. Primary challenger Dr. Kelli Ward presents actual threat

The negative commercials have hit the airwaves.  They not only show a distorted image of Dr. Kelli Ward, a two-term Arizona state senator, military wife, mother and  physician, but also grotesque misrepresentation of her conservative record while absurdly claiming she would “leave Arizonans vulnerable to attack from terrorists.”

Unless you’re paying close attention, it would be easy to miss the group putting out the vile deception: Arizona Grassroots Action PAC. Lisa Lisker is listed as the PAC’s treasurer. The address of this PAC attempting to present itself as Arizona grassroots activists is curiously based in Alexandria, Virginia — a stone’s throw from the seats of power in Washington, D.C. The high-dollar donors are listed in the Federal Elections Commission April 15, 2016 Report of Receipts and Disbursements — covering the period from January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016.

Even after making disbursements of $127,619.20, the PAC still has $714,062.44 listed as “Cash on Hand.” Take a guess where that money will be directed. Lisa Lisker, owner of a D.C. area firm which provides political financial consulting and collaboration with PACs, was coincidentally the treasurer for Marco Rubio’s failed presidential bid. Rubio and McCain were connected by the golden amnesty chain holding together the ‘Gang of Eight’ Republicrats and Dems, all committed to the flood of cheap illegal labor entering the U.S. The Chamber of Commerce generously funds the candidates who tender their votes resulting in undercutting wages of American workers.

Among the scant smattering of Arizona donors, the list is rife with big spenders from California, Florida, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts and Michigan — all of whom obviously have the best interests of Arizonans at heart — people like San Francisco resident Gregory Wendt.

Writing about John McCain’s retaliatory actions including colluding with Obama donor Gregory Wendt after his embarrassing censure by his home state’s elected delegates, FrontPagemag, correctly noted:

“There’s something obviously slimy about a powerful senator using out-of-state money to try and purge local critics in his own party. It’s anti-democratic and exactly the kind of thing that McCain, who claimed to be for campaign finance reform, was expected to oppose.

Except he’s been doing it for a while.

This is the problem with McCain. He’s not only a liberal Republican, but he’s vindictive and ethically challenged. He doesn’t seem to represent Arizona. He represents a handful of wealthy out-of-state donors trying to manufacture voters still willing to blindly pull the lever for him.”

Although John McCain, who will be 80 by Election Day and is arrogantly running for another 6-year senate term, sends out numerous campaign beg-a-thon emails citing Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick as his challenger as if he has a clear route to the General Election. He knows — as do his donors who fund this despicable PAC — that his actual challenge is Dr. Kelli Ward. That fact is made all too clear by the fact that it’s solely Republican Kelli Ward who is in the sights of the vicious, liberal-funded ad campaign. McCain’s tried and true modus operandi is to tack right at election time and revert back immediately after the votes are tallied. He and his junior sidekick, Jeff Flake, who has honed the same strategy, were working with far left Democrats Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin other amnesty”gangsters” within hours after the ballots were counted.

Kelli Ward says, “Send a fresh, new voice to the U.S. Senate: Let’s shake up Washington together.” Arizonans have that chance!  Let’s not botch it. Show these deceivers Arizona Republicans can’t be bought by out-of-state leftists.

“Boycott Target” gaining steam

April 26, 2016

Target’s radical activism turns bathrooms, dressing rooms into “gender-neutral” predator havens

The American Family Association is calling for a boycott of Target stores after the retail giant announced it would allow men to use the women’s restrooms and dressing rooms in their stores.

Last August, Seeing Red AZ wrote Target veers far off target, noting the corporate decision to  no longer label toys according to the sex of the child they are aimed at. Gender-neutral signs will also appear in the children’s bedding section. The only place gender labels will still remain is in the children’s clothing department — and who knows how much longer that will continue?

Arizona Target stores are listed here. When the neighborhood go-to store pays more attention to 1 percent of their shoppers over 99 percent, it’s time to reevaluate your priorities, and take your money elsewhere.

Sign the boycott pledge here and scroll down to read the posted examples of what Target’s policy can lead to. Call Target Guest Relations at 1-800-440-0680 and let them know you‘ve signed the pledge — and why.

Leftwing AZ Republic goes to bat for John McCain

April 25, 2016

Republic’s parent company Gannett pushing hostile takeover of Tribune Publishing

The front page of the left -of-center Arizona Republic was ablaze with an above-the-fold article and photo featuring an intense looking John McCain. He’s very concerned, donc’ha know, about what the newspaper refers to as “tales of suffering caused to Navajos by the Gold King Mine toxic spill.” McCain is also distressed about veterans. It’s election season and after decades in D.C. Arizona’s senior senator — who will be 80 by Election Day and is running for yet another 6-year term — knows how to gin up votes. With his overly long career on the line, he can’t afford to dismiss any potential constituencies these days.

McCain, who was literally chased off the Navajo Nation by tribal members, and told to “Get off our land,” less than a year ago, has recently developed an epiphany regarding Navajo issues. He needs tribal votes in a race that resembles a disastrous career ender for him.  His reception was similar to the one CD-1 Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick received from constituents assembled at a local grocery store for a town hall meeting that went very much awry. She wanted no part of a question and answer session and high tailed it out within minutes to hoots and hollers.  A man in the crowd reminded her, “You’re our employee!” Her abrupt exit was cheered, along with the shout, “Don’t come back!”

Expect John McCain to take another border stroll and make promises to “secure the border“ he has no intention of keeping. This deceitful behavior wins him prime space and accolades at the pro-illegal alien, pro-amnesty, Gannett-owned  Arizona Republic.

If the news conglomerate is successful in its unsolicited bid to buy out the majority of publishing entities for $815 Million, it will control the nation’s news as it does Arizona’s.

According to it’s own press release, Gannett Co. Inc.,  which recently completed the $280 million acquisition of Journal Media Group. is “disappointed” that Tribune Publishing has refused its “highly compelling” offer. Gannett currently owns 108 newspapers and their affiliated digital properties which now comprise the newly created USA TODAY NETWORK.

If successful in its  takeover, George Orwell’s best seller “1984 ”will have come to pass. Read our April 3, 2013 account of Winston Smith. It will fill in the blanks.

Hillary miscalculates Obama’s cache

April 24, 2016

Obama’s third term comes packaged in a coughing, bloated and shrill persona

Hillary has picked a bad time to run for Obama’s third term. After the mayor of London called Obama out for his Kenyan allegiances as the cause for threatening Great Britain with trade sanctions if it leaves the EU, the Germans have taken to the streets expressing their fury with Barack Obama.

The Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) has run into major opposition, especially in Germany, Europe’s strongest economy. Tens of thousands protested as Obama arrived in Germany to pitch his trade deal.  The city of Hanover, alone, drew a crowd reported to be 90,000 anti-Obama demonstrators.

Obama’s Trans-Pacific Partnership was another mind-boggling power grab authorizing irreversible authority, since treaties supersede statutes under the U.S. Constitution.

Yet liberals on CNN have gleefully declared Hillary is embracing Obama’s third term “wholeheartedly.” That strategy would obviously be problematic with an informed electorate. The Democrats, however, rely on pathetically uninformed, fraudulent, illegals and convicted felon voters.

Pondering our undoing

April 23, 2016

Thomas Sowell is a man who possesses a brilliant mind, which makes his “Random Thoughts” worth reading.

This is an example:

“Historians of the future, when they look back on our times, may be completely baffled when trying to understand how Western civilization welcomed vast numbers of people hostile to the fundamental values of Western civilization, people who had been taught that they have a right to kill those who do not share their beliefs.”

Ponder that.
