Obama’s DOJ continues implementing absurdities

Putting the (non-citizen) chickens in charge of guarding the (American) henhouse

It seems like an endless wait, but soon enough the Obama administration will be a thing of the past. We might want to forget that throughout the past eight years Barack Obama never gave up on fulfilling his campaign threat to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.” *

Yet not remembering what this country has been through sets up a repetition of the same. Corruption has been a hallmark of the Obama years.

We must never forget the nadir into which we have been plunged and the preposterous policies implemented — such as this:

Fox News reports that the Denver Sheriff’s Department was fined $10,000 for hiring only U.S. citizens. We couldn’t make this stuff up.

The Department of Justice released this press release titled “Justice Department Settles Immigration-Related Discrimination Claim Against the Denver Sheriff Department.

From the Fox report:

The Denver Sheriff’s Department set out to hire scores of deputies last year to lessen the burden on its staff and cut millions in overtime.

It advertised for prospects, and included U.S. citizenship as a requirement. By this past spring, it had hired 200 deputies.

The Justice Department did not congratulate the agency ––  instead, it slapped Colorado’s largest sheriff’s department with a $10,000 fine and a host of steps it must take to address what was described as discriminatory hiring.

In a summary of the settlement on its website, the Justice Department said that in insisting on citizenship, the Denver Sheriff’s Department violated an anti-discrimination provision in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) that forbids employers from hiring only U.S. citizens except in cases where it is mandated “by law, regulation, executive order or government contract.”

“We are going to have to change our conversation; we’re going to have to change our traditions, our history; we’re going to have to move into a different place as a nation.”

Donald Trump’s inauguration will be January 20, 2017. That date can’t come soon enough to suit me—and I suspect millions of other thinking Americans

Yesterday at Thanksgiving each of the 12 people around our dinner table told what they were most thankful for. One man said regaining his heath and another said her “amazing” (???) grandchildren, but Donald Trump’s election was the overwhelming winner. There were 3 democrats and 2 independents in the group. The independents joined with the majority and the democrats took it in their stride and said they understood that Obama fatigue and Hillary’s dishonesty were major issues for voters. No raised voices, no problems. We are all professionals, adults and remain friends.

These past eight years have strained the United States nearly to the breaking point. Race relations under the first black president have disintegrated to a point I’ve never seen in my lifetime. When the President invites the criminals from Black Lives Matter to the White House, we are witnessing a blind eye turned to murderous thugs by the highest level of our government. The police hating group has incited nationwide murders of police officers. Their mantra is “Pigs in a blanket, fry ’em lie bacon” and “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want ’em? NOW!”
THESE are the scum Obama hosts.

Here is a story out of Mesa, along the lines of Guess Who’s Coming to (Thanksgiving) Dinner. Too bad that the accidental guest, when interviewed, just had to mention Donald Trump as if he were the cause of all that is wrong in our country today.

Meanwhile, the following law enforcement officers have been killed in the line of duty in the past week:
    Eric Oliver
    Ben Marconi
    Patrick Carothers
    Collin Rose

If you are so inclined, please pray for the souls of these men, and for their families.

WikiLeaks: Citigroup Exec Gave Obama Recommendation of Hillary for State, Eric Holder for DOJ

This week, for example, emails from WikiLeaks show that President Obama, using the email address of bobama@ameritech.net, was communicating directly with Michael Froman of Citigroup in 2008, who fed Obama lists of recommended appointments to his cabinet. In an email from Froman dated October 6, 2008, with Froman using his Citigroup email address of fromanm@citi.com, Hillary Clinton shows up on Froman’s list for Secretary of State or head of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In a separate list attached to the email, Eric Holder was recommended for U.S. Attorney General at the Department of Justice or as White House Counsel. (See the email and the attachments here.)

In less than a month after Obama’s election as President on November 4, 2008, Obama had nominated Clinton to be his Secretary of State and Holder as his Attorney General. Despite the unprecedented corruption rooted out on Wall Street by regulators, Holder failed to prosecute any of Wall Street’s top executives for the crimes that led to the greatest financial crash since the Great Depression.

Well-respected citizen who has lived in Chappaqua, NY for decades longer than have the Clintons is now receiving death threats since he seemingly is the only supporter of Donald Trump in that town.

Meanwhile, officials in Wisconsin are about to begin a re-count of votes in that state. Cheeseheads.
