2017: The New Year we’ve been waiting for

Seeing Red AZ sends sincere best wishes for a satisfying, productive, safe and healthy New Year to our valued readers. As Americans, we’ve endured eight long years of the most disastrous presidency imaginable.

From Barack Obama’s failed dealings with Iran, funding the America-hating dictatorship with $33 Billion and making it nuclear capable, while backstabbing Israel at the U.N., to overseeing the growth of ISIS foolishly calling it a “JV Team.” He gave us the lie-based Obamacare and steadfastly refuses to say the words “radical Islamic terrorism.” His commitment is to flooding the United States with illegal aliens and unable to be vetted Middle Eastern “refugees.” His efforts to constrain our Second Amendment rights, to his obsessive use of Executive Orders bypassing Congress and disseminating phony stats on job numbers in our still struggling economy to giving credibility to the Black Lives Matter thugs by inviting them to the White House. The list goes on.

Although Obama twice swore an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, he intentionally failed to do so. His stated intent was to fundamentally transform the most free, prosperous and generous nation on Earth.

In three weeks we have a fresh beginning with Republican President Donald Trump and newly elected Republican House and Senate majorities — an undisputable repudiation of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, his choice to implement his third term.

As we embark upon this New Year, there is no better time to renew our acquaintance with America’s founding documents: The Declaration of Independence, our U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

They have served us well. The least we can do is stay familiar with what they contain, hold our Republican congressional majorities accountable and ensure that our children know what blessings we have been given as a nation.

Excellent year end summation. We’ve been given a new chance with Republicans in control of the Presidency, House and Senate. We better not screw this rare opportunity up. The last eight years have been hell for freedom loving Americans who didn’t need a free Obama phone incentive to vote.

America as we know it, was at the brink. I’m convinced that Barack Obama is the first US President who does not cherish this country He campaigned on wanting to fundamentally transform it. The brain dead young people in the crowd cheered. So much for the value of a public school education.

For the first time in eight years, I’m proud of my country. We took America back.

    Happy 2017!

And in taking America back, we sent a strong message of repudiation to the left and its failed policies. Republicans scored big wins in state after state, now dominating state governments, winning majorities in 32 legislatures and with 33 Republican governors. What better indicator that Americans were tired of the costly and reprehensible Hope and Change agenda?

No wonder Hillary the anointed was reeling. She saw it coming.
