Remembering our many blessings this Independence Day

….and honoring those 56 brave men* who 241 years ago had the vision and strength of character to challenge authority and affix their signatures to the Declaration of Independence.

Before signing the Declaration of Independence, our Founders included this memorable line:

“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

Meanwhile, the U.K.‘s The Guardian Newspaper reports that former president Obama, speaking in his boyhood home of Indonesia, warns against taking too much pride in your country. He calls patriotism “aggressive nationalism.”

What a pleasure to once again have a patriot in the White House. This video shows the rousing support President Donald Trump received throughout his July 1, speech as he honored our service men and women at the “Celebrate Freedom Rally “held at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.

May God continue to bless America.

Reading the report in The Guardian clearly demonstrates what an America hater Barack Obama is. He equates patriotism with negativism. The word “embarrassment” doesn’t begin to describe how I regard him. He has a penchant for slamming the United States on foreign soil. Remember his apology tour, while president? He even bowed to foreign rulers, Muslim princes in Saudi Arabia and despotic rulers like the Commie Castro’s in Cuba.
