Sixteen years ago today, 2,973 people were murdered by jihadist terrorists who commandeered two commercial airliners and flew them into the World Trade Center Twin Towers in New York City. Another crashed into the Pentagon. The death toll includes 40 passengers and crew members aboard the fourth hijacked plane, United 93, which crashed in a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, as courageous passengers rushed the cockpit in an attempt to apprehend the hijackers.
Along with our American citizens, people from 90 other countries were viciously slaughtered in the attacks committed by Islamo-fascist extremists. The lives of 343 firefighters and paramedics and 73 law enforcement officers were callously cut short as they heroically responded to the single deadliest incident in the history of the United States.
These monsters, here on easily exploitable, often fake, foreign student visas, were able to commit these barbaric crimes against Americans on our own soil because those we have elected to represent us have failed miserably in securing our porous national border and actually enforcing our laws.

Who would have thought that within a few short years after the horror perpetrated by Islamic jihadists who sought to brutalize us, a U.S. President — Barack Hussein Obama — would submissively bow to Muslim royals, and officially recognize the Muslim Brotherhood — a terrorist organization with familial ties to Al-Qaeda and Hamas, while systematically attempting to destroy the bedrock founding principles of our country? His election stands as a testament to apathetic, under-educated Americans and political correctness.
