Today we introduce you to Cheryl Chumley, the online opinion editor for The Washington Times, who has written about the novel approach Macy’s department stores are taking in an effort to boost sagging sales. The former retail giant has been closing stores around the United States.
Chumley writes, “Macy’s recently launched a clothing line for Muslim women, including a collection of hijabs, the scarf-like head coverings used as a show of modesty around men.”
That action has bizarrely won the approval of the National Organization for Women (NOW), a hard left feminist group — despite the fact that Islam tramples women’s rights and forcefully represses any notions of gender equality. Read the facts, substantiated with excerpts from the Quran.
