Mostly good news from the U.S. Supreme Court

In this press release the Supreme Court of the United Stat4es confirmed the retirement plans of Justice Anthony Kennedy, the reliable swing vote, often siding with the liberal justices on matters of importance.

Kennedy, a pseudo conservative, was appointed to the high court by President Ronald Reagan in 1988, but relished his role in advancing the homosexual agenda and supporting abortion on demand.

Read Justice Kennedy’s letter to President Trump advising him of his plans to retire July 31, 2018. He turns 82 on July 23.

President Trump will not have an easy time getting his nominee to fill this vacancy through the highly partisan senate. No, it’s not only liberals we need to watch. Turncoat Republican Jeff Flake, a virulent Trump-hater,  will likely vote against any Trump nominee.

Today, the SCOTUS — in another 5-4 decision — gave a stinging rebuke to unions. In 22 states, workers have been compelled to pay fees to unions in order to work. Today the court struck down public-sector union fees.

Interesting that the self-promoting Ted Cruz started, about 2 weeks ago, publicly stating he would Not want to be a SCJ, as he “prefers” to stay in the Congress.

Yeah, not the reason. He knows that what Trump said on the campaign trail re citizenship And Cruz’s father’s past is True.
And he knows with 100% degree of certainty that Trump knows and can prove it all.

Bad Girl Ruthie next in the rotation.
Here’s something that seems innocuous, yes? Bill Clinton just happening to drop in on ole Pappy GHW Bush.
      Look at the photo.
Bill pulling up Pappy’s pant leg to reveal that Pappy is wearing socks with Clinton’s face on them. This is not a drop in visit. This is not a cute photo op
It’s a message to a very specific group of people.
Pappy ran the pickle factory officially for years, and since then, un officially. We know Bill and Hill both are pickles.
GHW Bush is passing the baton. The deep, dark state baton.
      Message sent. Message received.

the pickle factory. look it up.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 85 and ailing, but it would hasten her demise to have Pres. Trump appoint a conservative to replace her.

  3. Maggie says:

Why do justices who were appointed by Republican Presidents so often end up veering left, as Anthony Kennedy has done? It never seems to happen the other way around.

  4. VINOAZ says:

Heard speculation a woman could be nominated. NO! and HELL NO! Every single one has been a disaster. Would love to see Ginsberg go. She should have gone long enough ago for Obama to appoint another leftist commie that does not respect the constitution. Ruthie, thanks for staying and preventing that, now go away.

Honestly I don’t see a vote until next year but we can’t forget how nasty the left will get, remember that Anita Hill’s attorney was McCain’s gal pal Janet Napolitano!
