SCOTUS hands Trump travel vindication, Flake fumes

The U.S. Supreme Court handed a major victory to the Trump administration Tuesday. The justices rejected a challenge to President Trump’s September 2017 travel moratorium  –- referred to by the leftist media as a “travel ban” -– temporarily restricting immigration to the United States by citizens from the countries, of Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, and government officials from Venezuela — placing national security concerns ahead of political correctness.

Jeff Flake, who opted out of running for a second senate term due to his abysmal 18% approval rating, goes apoplectic whenever President Trump scores a victory.

Spinning the bogus rhetoric of the radical left, open borders supporter Flake would have us believe the High Court instituted a Muslim ban.

“It is constitutional, it’s just not very wise,” he said. “It was certainly targeted at Muslim countries. We don’t win the war on terrorism by making this a religious test. So I just don’t think it helps that way.”

Who knew Venezuela and North Korea were Muslim countries?

This case is among the court’s most important this term and the latest in a string of 5-4 decisions in which the conservative side of the court prevailed, bolstered by the addition of Justice Neil Gorsuch last year.

Despite Jeff Flake doing Barack Obama’s bidding in 2016, escorting liberal Democrat Merrick Garland to meetings with key senators attempting to garner votes for his confirmation, Obama’s attempt at a lame duck Supreme Court appointment was derailed. Newly elected President Donald Trump appointed Appellate Judge Gorsuch to fill the seat left vacant by the unexpected death of conservative icon Justice Antonin Scalia.

If Republicrat Jeff Flake had gotten his way, the dramatic leftward lurch of the Supreme Court, would have had irreversible, long range negative consequences.

Here is the non-too-bright, perpetually grinning Flake making a mockery (brief video) of the judicial nomination process.

We have the opportunity to replace inept RINO Flake by sending principled conservative Dr. Kelli Ward to the U.S. Senate. Your donations will help her stay competitive against the out-of-state and lobbyist money funding her Primary Election opponent Martha McSally — frequently referred to on this site as Sally McCain — and General Election opponent, radical Leftist Kyrsten Sinema.

What we need to do to render Flake inoperative is to find an isolated island with long sandy beaches far out in the Pacific ocean. I guess it would help if the islands were under the jurisdiction of some leftist dictator, but you can’t always get everything you want. We can set up a large mirror under a coconut tree so he can admire himself for the next six months. That way we can all be happy.

    • Kimball says:

There is a such island, ruled by Communist dictators that Flake has always had a particular attachment to. Cuba is only 90 miles off the coast of Florida, but would fit nicely into your excellent plan.

He and Cheryl would have to bring their own supply of peroxide. In Cuba that’s one of the few disinfectants the medical community has available since it’s cheap.

  2. PC and State Committeeman says:

Flake will always be in flames esp when he meets his great reward of fire and brimstone.
His good buddy must be pretty close to his fiery just reward not hearing much from the McSlime bunch.
On a positive note, please help Ken Bennett gather clean election donations he has to beat McDucey. You can do it on line but need to get the folks not well informed in the loop.

Here’s the link for the $5 clean election and “seed money” contributions:

Flake wasn’t the only one fuming.
Did you see the 20 minute rant put on by SCJ Sotomayor, who was supported by Bad Girl Ruthie? When has this Ever happened?
Obviously so very biased that their votes, decisions, opinions cannot be trusted.

Supreme Court also ruled in favor of union workers—-big win for the workers, big Loss for the unions. These people are desperate now.

That incident at JFK last night was a big deal, but it was just a diversion. Something much bigger almost happened. Thank God that it didn’t. Thank God.

FYI: That chick who owns The Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, VA who threw out and then continued to harass Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her family as they walked to another establishment——well, she’s a NY transplant with a Ph.D. in European Religions and an IT wonk. She is the cousin of Hollywood actress Meryl Streep.
    ‘nuf said.

    Warning currently:
Increased chatter re trains and buses.

(Last week, in three separate incidents, a person was killed while on the train tracks in a specific location in FL.)

And now we have young folks taking up the old Weather Underground playbook. They are threatening the same illegal activities.

Take a look at US Secretary of Transportation going after a group of Hispanic young male thugs who are coming after her husband,
Mitch McConnell. (remember that McConnell is a polio survivor and has mobility problems)
    What a Warrior!!

And, damit, Romney won his race.

VP Pence in South America and Gen Mattis in China.

Please Pray to God for protection over President Trump; his family, his loyal team and our U.S. Military.

p.s. on that’chick who threw the Sanders Huckabee party out of her Hen nest, . . . . she has now resigned from this looney movement to rebuild town centers into something called, Main Streets. My town of Oro Valley, AZ, is being assaulted with this notion by town staff, who in an effort to preserve their fluffed-up jobs (think Deep State), have signed this burg up to recreate an old fashioned downtown, To do such a thing, massive tear-downs of existing businesses would be necessary, not to mention a huge impact on surrounding traffic patterns, etc. This gigantic outlay, over a period of years, for a hot, desert town of less than 50,000 residents currently – but with an escalating town budget of more than $120,000.000, , , , , yes, that’s $120 MILLION.!!!
Talk about corruption – I think we’ve got it big time.

      • Saguaro Sam says:

Lexington, Virginia is a town of about 1,600.
Home to Virginia Military Institute and Washington and Lee Univ., very old institutions, one public, one private.

This Main Street phenomenon is Big in Va., supposedly promoting tourism. You are right—-corruption. Fraud scheme.

Chick also owns a yarn store in this little town.
And her facebook page had featured a pic of her, her teen(?) son and husband. The two males were proudly displaying the pink
p***y hats that the feminists are so fond of.

  4. PC- Republican says:

Kellie Ward will have a hard time going against K.Sinema and beating her. I remember Sinema from our State Capital. I am not for McSally at all, for she is in the McCain camp.

    • Arizona Conservative Guy says:

What you are saying can be repeated to the point if becomes self-fulfilling prophesy. The political world is full of upsets. President Trump, who is wholeheartedly supported by Kelli Ward, is a prime example. Hillary supporters didn’t give him a chance, but he prevailed.

As a Republican Precinct Committeeman, I assume you don’t want far leftist Sinema. Send Kelli a donation — whatever you can afford. Encourage others to do the same. She is being out raised by the radical left who desperately want this senate seat and are willing to spend big to buy it.
Ward’s “donate” button is on this page.

  5. Trevor says:

I remember when Female McCain (Kelly Ayotte) wanted Garland to be appointed to the Supreme Court. Thank God she lost her re election.

  6. Lynda Tanner says:

Notice how Flake always looks on the verge of crying. Like a sad, beaten man. But acts like this quiet, humble man that just is so martyred. 😤

  7. Saguaro Sam says:

Here’s another case of AZ powerful people and what happens to canines in their care:

  8. Mike says:

“Republicrat” is too kind a term for a worthless McAnus protegé like Flakey. “Democrap” would be more accurate.
