Kyrsten Sinema’s strange bedfellows

As a self-declared bi-sexual, it’s a given Kyrsten Sinema — Arizona’s most outrageously unlikely U.S. Senator — has had more than a few strange bedfellows, but chances are she outdid herself Tuesday. What’s more, she engaged in her reckless behavior in the senate chamber — In front of witnesses, no less. To compound matters, she forged ahead without so much as a blush.

Sinema joined with Republicans to vote against the extremist Democrat “Green New Deal,” a brainchild of New York Socialist U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, who has declared that Americans must radically alter our lifestyles, modes of transportation to net zero emissions, rebuild our homes and commercial buildings to comply with intrusive green standards to achieve her illusion of GND nirvana or America and the rest of the planet, will be doomed to a prehistoric restoration, sans dinosaurs, within a decade. The extreme proposed legislation also mandates free education, housing, food and economic security for all, without addressing funding.

According to this recent study co-authored by Douglas Holtz-Eakin, the former director of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, implementation of the colossal “Green New Deal” could cost as much as $93 trillion, or approximately $600,000 per household. Watch his brief interview with Neil Cavuto.

Forty-three Democrats, including the party’s senate presidential candidates —- Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren —- voted “present” on the cloture vote on S.J. Res.8 avoiding having to sign their names to this far-left issue viewed as one the most radical, dangerous, and destructive policies to ever be considered in the chamber.

Sinema, politically astute when she sees a decided future benefit, bedded down with the Republicans.

I’m a longtime reader of SRAZ. The first paragraph today is a classic! You guys are good, mixing humor and facts.

The Dim presidential candidates were all in for the GND before the were against it. What a bunch of political whores. The prostitutes I saw standing nude behind glass doors in Amsterdam’s red light district were more honest than these democrats.

I am still confounded by the fact that Americans overwhelmingly elected Donald Trump as President because we so wanted a change from Obama and couldn’t tolerate Hillary, yet we gave the House over to the Dems. I suspect most people don’t even know what or who they’re actually voting for.

Sinema campaigned as an “Independent.” The word Democrat was never in her televised ads or mailers. But she had a long record of twice being a losing Green Party candidate when running for the state legislature. She only won a State legislative seat when she became a Democrat and her record was abyssal. Her record in the US House of Representatives also veered far left. When she ran for the US Senate, did people lose their collective memories because she had slick televised ads that obscured her true identity?

People…you have to look deeper than a newly transformed persona crafted by high paid, processional handlers. You might deserve the results, but the rest of us don’t! If you can’t vote based on information, keep your hands off a ballot. People have fought and died for us to have our freedoms. Is it too much for you to inform yourselves before you vote?

Well SRAZ her really strangeo bedfellow was/is Janet Napolitano and you have to wonder if Sinema’s game to paint herself a conservative might also include trying to land in Mc Lesbo’s bed as well!

If, God help us, the Green New Deal or any of its incarnations were to be implemented, the USA would be turned into a bankrupt, third world county. Meanwhile the most egregious polluters, China, India, Russia, Iran, the European Union have no restrictions on their actions and no incentives to clean up their emissions.

It’s important to realize that all of this is a smokescreen for bringing widespread socialism to the United States. And why not? It’s worked so well everywhere it’s been tried. Cuba, only 90 miles from the tip of Florida, is a splendid example. Try to ask the people in North Korea and Venezuela how they are faring. Venezuelans, in an oil-rich nation with a socialist government, are standing in lines for a few pieces of bread. They have no electricity and are suffering greatly.

Meanwhile foolish American Millennials regard the failed socialistic system as preferable to capitalism. If your kids are ignorant of history, thank their mostly far left teachers, who belong to liberal unions and overwhelmingly voted for Barack Obama.
