Weak Mueller fails to make Dems’ impeachment case

July 24, 2019

Watch as former Special Counsel Robert Mueller sets the stage for President Trump’s impeachment…that is, if can even remember who Donald Trump is.

Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following statement in response to Mueller’s embarrassing testimony, succinctly summing up the Democrats’ bad day:

“Today’s hearings were a disaster for Democrats. After three years, millions of taxpayer dollars and countless lies from Democrats, Mueller just reaffirmed what we’ve known all along: There was no collusion and no obstruction. Case closed.”

On July 12, at his request, Mueller’s public testimony was delayed an additional week to July 24 to give him time to prepare.  He could have used an additional year.

Judicial Watch files ethics complaint against Rep. Ilhan Omar

July 24, 2019

This letter containing an ethics complaint, delivered to David Skaggs, chairman of the Office of Congressional Ethics in the U.S. House of Representatives from Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, details what is described as:

“Substantial, compelling and, to date, unrefuted evidence [that] has been uncovered revealing Rep. Ilhan Omar may have committed the following crimes in violation of both federal law and Minnesota state law: perjury, immigration fraud, marriage fraud, state and federal tax fraud, and federal student loan fraud.”

Omar, a Somali immigrant and radical Islamic activist, has even been accused of marrying her own brother in order to facilitate his emigration to the United States from the United Kingdom.

Fitton writes, “In the words of investigative reporter David Steinberg: “The facts describe perhaps the most extensive spree of illegal misconduct committed by a House member in American History.”

The evidence developed against Rep. Omar was the result of a three-year long investigation in both the United States and the United Kingdom by investigator David Steinberg and his investigative reporter colleagues Preya Samsundar and Scott Johnson.

The letter concludes by requesting the Office of Congressional Ethics to launch an immediate investigation into Rep. Omar’s conduct.

Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is one of the radical congressional freshmen members of the self-anointed “Squad,” notable for their vile race-based hatred and anti-Semitism which Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is incapable of reining in, as noted by Matt Vespa in his Townhall expose.

Joel B. Pollak, writing for Breitbart News, exposes the contemptible quartet which also includes U.S. Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).

Dying AZ Republic begs for subscribers with last gasps

July 23, 2019

…as it continues to insult its few remaining readers

To be charitable, it must take more than a small amount of grit to admit that you are looking doom in the eye. Still, it’s not easy to be benevolent to an entity that is responsible for waging war on people and issues that exemplify the best our state and nation have to offer.

Reading the pathetic plea for new subscribers by Greg Burton, the Arizona Republic’s newly hired executive editor, evoked feelings akin to watching a fly trying to wrangle its way out of a sticky spider’s web. The onlooker knows full well the imminent future in store for the fly, but it remains impossible to overt one‘s eyes. And after the cruel fate being historically replicated, its difficult not to wonder why the fly went to its demise without learning to avoid the trap.

The Hillary-endorsing newspaper, ignoring her lies and scandals, has waged relentless, multi-pronged attacks on President Donald Trump, either forgetting or determining as irrelevant, that he won all of Arizona’s electoral votes. If not blinded by rabid anti-Trumpism, his popularity would not have been difficult to discern based solely on the massive and exuberant turnout at his Arizona rallies.

In his short tenure, this is not Greg Burton’s first bite at the begging-for-subscribers apple. Earlier this month he began his plea by extolling the gender and ethnic diversity in the newsroom, as if such factors determine excellence. His offensive premise is only “people of color” can relate to “other people of color.”

He wrote, “We’ve dedicated ourselves to improving diversity as we recruit and retool. In 2018 and 2019, we rebuilt the newsroom to 30% people of color. As I write this, we’re at 31%.”

Following that brilliance to its logical conclusion, as an imperfect white male, Burton should be jobless again in record time.

His most recent plea actually states:

“At every point, journalists on assignment for The Arizona Republic stood on the shoulders of subscribers. That’s where we stand today. In return, our promise is to chronicle the best of Arizona, expose the worst and deeply examine the issues that matter most to you.

The future of our business depends on more than casual readers, though – we need loyal, paying subscribers to continue our mission.

To reward that commitment to our journalism, we’re rolling out a new program this week in which we publish a portion of our work exclusively for subscribers.”

Translated, Burton’s promise to “expose the worst,” means the newspaper will continue to brutalize President Trump and endorse Democrats for state and county offices.

For these ongoing insults and its vow to “continue to investigate police shootings” —  as if police are marauding gang members, rather than public protectors — the aptly nicknamed Arizona Repulsive continually hikes its subscription rates, while delivering fewer pages and content written by ASU student interns lacking editors. They are taught early on that the politically correct words “immigrant” or “undocumented immigrant” should be applied to illegal aliens. The U.S. Supreme Court, which has decided numerous cases involving federal immigration law, uses the correct, precise legal term “illegal alien,” as noted by Hans von Spakovsky, a Senior Legal Fellow with the Heritage Foundation.

In a nod to its aging readers, today’s edition of the emaciated daily — in both size and content —  has seven full page ads for hearing aids. It also engages in propagandizing them, as in a column today in which the Washington Post’s Richard Cohen refers to President Trump using these incendiary words: “He is the most un-American of all American presidents, a boorish man who has erased the distance between the mob and the speaker. He is both at the same time.”

Is it any wonder the newspaper is dying?

“Racist”: Dems deliberately hurl lie at Pres. Trump

July 22, 2019

“When did you stop beating your wife?” is a loaded question which presupposes the man to whom it is directed is a wife-beater. He may not even have a wife, but that detail becomes irrelevant to the agenda being pushed.

This is indicative of the latest trickery employed by the leftist, predominantly Hillary Clinton-supporting media (243 pro-Hillary newspaper endorsements to 20 for Trump) that so despises President Donald Trump, it repeats the derogatory assault that he is a racist, as though it were fact.

Americans are witnessing an unprecedented power struggle between the businessman they overwhelmingly voted for because his message, “Make America Great Again,” resonated with them and the unabashedly biased press that has become an enraged political syndicate based in deceit, now seeing its clout in decline. Fewer Americans than ever before still subscribe to a newspaper.

The First Amendment to the Constitution, passed by Congress September 25, 1789, includes freedom of the press. The civil liberties it enshrines are the cornerstone of our democracy.

In recent years, as leftists expanded control of both print and electronic media, the commitment of what was envisioned as an independent press keeping the public informed, has transmogrified into skewing the news to fit an agenda, truth be damned. This is hardly what the Founders intended with their brilliantly crafted documents.

Yet those Arizonans who waited for hours on a scorching hot August 31, 2016 — in the longest line ever seen in Phoenix — to hear Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and VP candidate Mike Pence at the Phoenix Convention Center, instinctively knew they were witnessing a new phenomenon.

No one in attendance that day was surprised by the overwhelming support for Donald Trump, by people of all ethnicities and backgrounds. (video). The idea that President Trump is a racist is preposterous. The media that broadcast this lie know it, and so do the rest of us.

Radical Sinema appears to veer right. What’s up?

July 21, 2019

Sinema joins GOP senators urging shortening of asylum review

After reading that Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, a committed leftist, is taking a more appropriate hard line on illegals flooding across Arizona’s southern border, checking out her voting record made sense.

It turns out, though her views are consistently far left, ranging from her pro-abortion stance to withholding funding for the border wall, she has been voting with the Republican majority on more issues than would be expected. Conservative Review rightly gives Sinema an “F” Liberty Score.

According to her senate website, Sinema is now taking a stand against Mexican raw sewage flowing across the border into Nogales, AZ.

“Right now, the people of Nogales are forced to pay for Mexico’s sewage costs. That’s not fair, and we’re working to fix the problem so Nogales residents only pay for their responsibility,” said Sinema.

Sinema’s topic also rings true as it relates to the border invasion.

In this letter sent to President Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan, Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, led a bipartisan group of senators — including Sinema — urging DHS to begin “Operation Safe Return” along a portion of the U.S./Mexico border. The program would allow immigration officials to implement a pilot program streamlining the asylum review process, permitting border officials to deport families without credible asylum claims within 15 days. The exploited children in many of those so-called families, were unrelated to the adults, but used to prioritize their processing.

This is not a reliable as it sounds, since the majority of illegal aliens have been coached by activists and immigration lawyers on the exact words to say to get them into the legal pipeline. If the Central Americans were actually seeking asylum, why didn’t they make such claims when they initially entered Mexico? One reason is the generous taxpayer-funded benefits illegals are able to access in the United States. The Center for Immigration Studies reports, 63% of non-citizen households access welfare programs.

Johnson and Sinema were joined by Republican Sens. Rob Portman, (OH); James Lankford, (OK); Michael Enzi, (WY); John Barrasso, (WY); and John Cornyn (TX). Democrat Sens. Joe Manchin (WV) and Doug Jones (AL) also signed on.

Pro-Trump Miss Michigan stripped of title

July 20, 2019

Trump-hating Congressional radicals get a pass

If you need proof of double standards and political correctness run amok, look no further than Miss Michigan Kathy Zhu the state’s entry in the Miss World competition. Zhu, 20, a University of Michigan student was informed of her ouster after pageant officials deemed the content of her twitter account, “offensive, insensitive and inappropriate.”

The China-born beauty, studying political science, is also a supporter of President Trump, which no doubt lowers her in the esteem of pageant officials, school administrators and fellow students.

Last year while a freshman at the University of Central Florida and tweeting under the name Political Kathy, she posted this regarding a campus booth encouraging students to try on a hijab in celebration of World Hijab Day.

A member of the Muslim Student Association, working the booth, wrote, “Let’s get this girl expelled.” Though Zhu wasn’t expelled in Florida, the Michigan pageant officials got the job done on another level.

No such efforts are underway for radical leftist U.S. Reps.  Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) who have embraced being identified as “The Squad.” They not only brazenly clash with their party’s leadership, but routinely express anti-American views and are openly anti-Semitic. As an example, in 2016 Ilhan Omar, a Somalian immigrant, asked a judge for leniency for nine men who tried to join ISIS terrorists and kill Americans. Just days ago she referred to President Trump as a “fascist” with no admonishment from Democrat leaders.

The Washington Times headlines this report, “Rep. Ilhan Omar vows to be ‘nightmare’ for Trump.”

Breitbart News exposes Reps. Omar and Tlaib introduction of H.R. 496, a resolution aimed at supporting the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, targeting Israel, the Middle East’s only democracy. They preposterously likened the hateful bill to the Boston Tea Party and the Montgomery bus boycott. Most offensive of all is the fact that they get away with it.

Still using Google, Facebook? It’s time to stop

July 19, 2019

These companies are not benign. They are enemies of conservative thought and actively suppress it

Earlier this week, conservative talk radio host Dennis Prager testified before the U.S. Senate on big tech’s suppression of free speech. His powerful opening statement can be viewed here.

Prager, the founder of Prager University a popular series of 5-minute online discussions by various authorities on myriad topics, and viewed well over 2 billion times, knows his subject well. Though an orthodox Jew, he has been called a Nazi by Google execs who have even suppressed his discussion of the Ten Commandments, allegedly because the wordmurderis used.

Facebook also engages in this suppression of free speech, as reported by Bre Payton for The Federalist.

Dr. Robert Epstein, a research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology and author, was a guest on Dennis Prager’s nationally syndicated radio show yesterday. He says Google’s massive surveillance capabilities helped shift 2 to 3 million votes in Hillary Clinton’s favor with bias search algorithms. He has been working on large scale monitoring “to detect manipulations on the part of these tech companies.” Epstein, self described as “center-center left” and an admitted “Hillary Clinton supporter,” says he testified before Congress because he “values his country and democracy more than he values any party or candidate.”

Epstein has written in numerous publications describing the serious threats posed by Google and Facebook.
