AZ supports Pres. Trump, despite biased newspaper report

The Daily Insult, known as the Arizona Republic in a previous incarnation, barely clings to life, with a sports section that is heftier than the news portion in actual content — excluding hearing aid and erectile dysfunction ads aimed at its remaining aged subscribers. The virtually non-existent Monday edition was introduced in 2008 by saying it was customized for readers on the busiest day of the week. The price has continued to increase as the newspaper has withered.

An informative report is Peter Cohan‘s,Reasons Why Gannett Stock Has Yet To Find A Bottom,” which appeared in Forbes.

SRAZ has frequently written about the emaciated local newspaper, the open borders, Hillary-endorsing, Periódico de la República de Arizona which has shrunken in physical size, staff and content, and is now reliant on ASU student interns and purchased content.

Sunday’s edition ran a lengthy “Viewpoints” piece titled, “How did Arizona become purple?” written by the man who has been committed to pouring blue dye on red Arizona, which is the sole reason the newspaper elevated him to guest columnist status. Once the executive director of the Arizona Republican Party, he is now a full-fledged turncoat registered as PND, Party Not Declared. He also changed the toxic name (his) of his company to one suggesting dignity.

In 2016 Arizona gave all 11 of its electoral votes to Donald Trump. As much as it rankles those still running the newspaper, he remains immensely popular, drawing massive crowds to his appearances — here and nationwide. Leftists are working double time to impeach him, but the American people, who have benefited from his policies, see through the charade.

The Washington Examiner lists President Donald Trump’s 319 ‘results’ and promises kept in three years. The list follows an excellent report.

  1. Casper says:

I don’t know a single person who admits to still subscribing to the Arizona Republic. They could be too embarrassed to confess they pay to be insulted, but I doubt it. Even my dem brother-in-law cancelled after the paper endorsed Hillary Clinton. He told me he voted for Donald Trump!

I rarely discussed politics with him because he was insufferable, but I like him enough now to watch a football game together.

  2. Patriot Mom says:

Nathan Sproul is a con. He couldn’t even win with the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) that had widespread support.

  3. Seen It All says:

How does Nathan Sproul explain being a traitor to the Republican Party that first put him on the political map? He is another fraud in the same garbage bin as Glenn Hamer, who was also AZ GOP Executive Director and then endorsed radical leftist Janet Napolitano as a condition of being hired by the Arizona Chamber of Commerce.

    Soul selling comes cheap.

  4. PV PC says:

Today Gannett Co., Inc. stock opened at $6.60 and is currently down even lower to $6.32. That’s less than half of the $14.00 it was trading at just one year ago on Feb. 25, 2019. Can you imagine having your retirement tied to this carcass? No wonder the remaining staff recently voted to unionize.

  5. State Committeeman2 says:

I would not bet on it — Arizona GOP leadership is pushing for the never-Trumper, McSally!

    • East Valley Conservative says:

Never-Trumper?? How about sticking with the facts? Sen. McSally stands with President Trump and he has unequivocally endorsed her.
