Criminality truth blunts fallacy of Institutionalized racism

In an absurd, venom-laced editorial in the far-left, Hillary endorsing Arizona Republic newspaper, editorialist Elvia Diaz climbs on her reliable racism charger, ramming her spurs into its sides to rev it up. Every societal ill takes root in “institutional racism,” according to the flawed tactics that have driven the newspaper off the cliff. There is no reason for any minority failing other than the majority conspiring against them.

As violent rioters torch, loot and destroy businesses, many already hit hard by the pandemic shutdown, Dias contends, “Telling folks to protest civilly isn’t going to cut it.” Minnesota resident George Floyd, arrested for attempting to pay for merchandise with a counterfeit $20 bill, was brutally killed by a Minneapolis police officer, who has been arrested and criminally charged. And George Floyd? He has become an incidental memory to the marauding vandals overtaking American cities.

In fact, the “institutional racism” Diaz decries is more often used against white males than any other group. (These numbers are from 2016, and no doubt have escalated.) Affirmative action dictates are imposed from college admissions to workplace personnel departments.  Even the newspaper that employs Dias also brags about its own disreputable hiring policies based not on ability but the applicants DNA, over which they have no control, but which has paramount appeal to the left.

Athletes who earn $millions and are revered and cheered by white fans, grouse about racism, though minorities dominate the sports of football and basketball.  Yet star quarterback Colin Kaepernick, now described as a civil rights activist, “took a knee” rather than stand for the nation anthem. His legal settlement with the NFL was reported to be between $60 to $80 million.

America, unlike any other nation, fought a bloody internecine war beginning in 1861 to rid itself of the reprehensible practice of slavery. Interracial marriage has been on the rise, and obviously has increased since this 2013 Pew survey was released reflecting the trends from 2019 – 2000.  Those familial relationships were forged through bonding and love, not “institutional racism.”

Yet Google, the left-wing agendized search engine, affixes this message to its homepage today, “We stand in support of racial equality, and all those who search for it.” Apolitical Bing is the site rational people — of all races — should use.

Of course Elvia Diaz is revolted by civil protests. She prefers violence. It’s her job security at the dying newspaper. We get our news from various, far more reliable sources, minus the pro-illegality bent it took on in recent years and finally caused us to cancel.

  2. Realist says:

The majority of American blacks are likely horrified by these criminal street gangs using the death of a man they never knew, who was under arrest for a crime, as a reason to engage in more crime and destruction. How does looting and arson bring honor to anyone or any cause? George Floyd merely provided excuses for lawlessness.

Minority status is beneficial. Phoenix has a black female police chief, who is married to a former Phoenix council member. We have Hispanics in the legislature, as US Representatives, on the court benches and on the Phoenix City Council. Democrat Mayor Kate Gallego (née Widland) benefited politically by keeping the name of Congressman Ruben Gallego after their divorce.

    • hoi polloi boy says:

I’m sure Mayor Gallego kept her married name not for political benefit but to not confuse her daughter. (Wink wink)

      • Hometown Guy says:

Not sure I comprehend the “wink wink” comment. I have a vague recollection their child was a boy.

The local newspaper is agenda driven. Facts have no relevancy. Crime is excused, especially if committed by minorities.

Imagine if the officer was black and the arrested criminal was white. The officer mercilessly killed the man trying to pass counterfeit money in a store with a knee to his neck.

Would enraged whites torch small family owned businesses, steal merchandise from department stores, use hammers to break open cash registers, incinerate police cars or break windows in public buildings? And taking a major leap and assuming that they did, would they rampage and commit their outrageous crimes in cities other than where the occurrences took place? Would the leftist newspaper give them a pass? You know the answers. ALL of them.

This is what it is all about.
Go back and look at the close-up still photo of the “officer”. He has his knee on a very athletic looking tall man. Does the officer’s face show any stress? He’s looking straight into the camera.

Recall that I told you that both the “officer” and the deceased had worked for several years at an after-hours club, conveniently with a Spanish name and a Hispanic spokeswoman.

The “officer” had worked off-duty at the “club” for approx. 17 years. very odd.
    It was a front.
    Money laundering op.

Remember that GF was supposedly trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill. How would an average shopkeeper identify a counterfeit $20?
Does any shopkeeper ever check Your $20’s?

The prelim. autopsy is interesting. Will it be changed to support the narrative? He was transported, but everyone slow-walked it.
At what location was he declared?

We know, for certain, that these hoards of domestic terrorists are being fed information by “friendly LE”, as is documented in the written instructions given to each paid troublemaker. They’ve gotten a little sloppy.

It’s almost as if you are watching a movie.
    It’s worse than you know.

Thanks, Sam. I would have missed this information and the video had you not posted them. I learn a lot both from SRAZ and YOU.

Subscribe to the newspaper and you not only pay exorbitant rates, but encourage more of this type of extremism. Serve it its well earned hemlock by not reading this one sided garbage.
