Sen. Martha McSally’s slippery rivals aid her campaign

Extremist Democrat Mark Kelly makes $millions on business deals colluding with China

Republican Sen. Martha McSally is being challenged by hard-left Democrat Mark Kelly, a George Soros backed gun control hypocrite who never mentions his political action committees that exist solely to constrain Second Amendment rights.

Demand Daniel, a Primary Election AZ U.S. Senate candidate, calling himself a “very shrewd” business owner, has acknowledged to the local newspaper that he has received between $150,000 and $350,000, in government Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funds intended to assist businesses forced to close due the COVID-19 pandemic.

Daniel, ill-equipped for the Senate, (shocking video) is unable to grasp that his last name McCarthy will be on the ballot, not the word “Demand,” that tops his campaign signs. He owns a makeup eraser company that produces the product in China. Although Demand Daniel has previously denied taking government loans, Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) reporting records for Arizona also show two of his businesses have received Small Business Administration awards of more than $1.5 million.

Over 11,000 Arizona businesses received more than $7 billion in financial aid intended to save over 600,000 American jobs. Since McCarthy’s product is made in China, a reasonable assumption could be made that his company is not entitled to such taxpayer-funded largess.

McCarthy calls his accessing the money “very shrewd.”  The rest of us would be more inclined to refer to his actions as “reprehensible.”

Democrat Mark Kelly, who omits his party affiliation in his ubiquitous campaign ads, has also been exposed as having longstanding business ties to China.

RealClearPolitics and Breitbart News each zoned in on the reprehensible treachery of AZ Senate Democrat candidate Mark Kelly. He’s better known for what he cagily omits than what he says. His campaign ads never use the word “Democrat” nor do they mention his anti-Second Amendment PACs or his close association with Socialist multi-billionaire/financier George Soros, a one-worlder who disdains national borders.

Kelly, along with wife, former U.S. Rep. Giffords, operates two major gun control groups,* Giffords PAC which between its hybrid PAC and 501(c)(4) nonprofit Giffords, spent nearly $7 million to aid Democrat congressional candidates in 2018. Watch for those restrictive efforts to intensify.

Of paramount importance is the duplicitous Mark Kelly’s close ties to Chinese tech giant Tencent, which he tenaciously conceals. The company funneled $millions into a commercial space exploration company he co-founded.

Federal records show that World View Enterprises, Inc., a Tucson-based company that uses balloons to launch lower-altitude “stratollites,” had ties to Democrat candidate Mark Kelly. The retired NASA astronaut also co-founded that company and then worked as a strategic adviser, until he left in 2019 to launch his campaign.

Real Clear Politics reports in the fall of 2014, the CEO of Kelly’s World View Enterprises, announced during a visit to Beijing that Tencent had invested an undisclosed sum of money in the Tucson-based space travel venture. In April 2016, as part of a subsequent, $15 million investment round, World View announced that it had received more funds from Tencent, along with three other venture capital firms.

Tencent was already under intense U.S. scrutiny before the COVID-19 world crisis. The Wall Street Journal reports on Tencent’s nefarious surveillance assisting authorities in Beijing in hunting down its own citizens, silencing dissent and creating surveillance cities

Now it’s radioactive. A recent University of Toronto study found that WeChat has been censoring keywords relating to the COVID-19 outbreak since at least Jan. 1. Several prominent lawmakers in recent weeks have deemed Tencent an arm of the Chinese Communist Party and a threat to U.S. national security. Republican Sens. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley in late April introduced a bill aimed at preventing Chinese espionage by prohibiting U.S. federal employees from conducting official business over platforms run by Tencent, Huawei, ZTE and other Chinese companies and barring U.S. tax dollars from being used for any international contracts with those firms.

These are vital issues which radical leftist Mark Kelly will never address. The failing Arizona Republic, hoping for two U.S. Senate Democrats from Arizona, before it gasps its last breaths can be counted on to obscure the facts, if it even touches on them at all.

Sen. Martha McSally deserves to be retained in the U.S. Senate.

  1. Arizona Conservative Guy says:

Sen. McSally is the clear choice in this pack. I just watched the video of Demand Daniel. He’s clearly not ready for prime time. I laughed out loud several times watching him.

Mark Kelly is deeply involved with Communist China and is clearly opposed to our Second Amendment rights. He deserves to be kicked to Democracy’s curb.

  2. Strom says:

I will hold my nose and go for Martha but please explain why she “deserves” to be reelected when she hasnt accomplished squat and likely will end up batting 0 for 2 in Senate elections? Will Ducey “appoint’ her to an open house seat if one comes open?

She has run 2 terrible campaigns, plain and simple. And I certainly dont want Gabby’s puppet as Senator.

  3. Patriot Mom says:

We have two guys, a Democrat and a Republican, who are each financially dependent on China to the tune of $millions. Voters need to pay attention in this crucial presidential year, when the media is united in trying to topple Pres. Trump.

I attended the Feb. 19th Trump rally. Martha McSally was onstage with the president who enthusiastically endorsed her. Never saw Demand Daniel. IF he was there, which I doubt, it was among the crowd, not given any prominence.

  4. Villanova says:

Many of John McCain’s duplicitous pals have already gone over to dem Mark Kelly’s campaign as donors. That tells me all I need to know.

Our family will definitely be supporting and voting for Sen. McSally. Those who try to link her to McCain aren’t paying attention.

  5. Sam says:

In an article published in 2011:

They met on a “state-sponsored trip to China”.

It always goes back to China.
Deep infiltration. Worse than you know.

I forgot you have a moderated comment section, so I submitted two similar posts. If you choose to post, take your pick. Here’s the picture of my sample ballot.

Whatever it is you’re trying to post here makes no sense and the picture of your ballot didn’t show. Only one comment came through.

Comments are “moderated” at our discretion, though most go up automatically once they are authorized. After being inundated by far left trolls, we have taken the liberty of blocking them. SRAZ is not a repository for those who intend to marginalize this site. Varying opinions often appear, but we are not ripe for “takeover.”

Ya’ know usually, when someone get’s money in a “shrewd” fashion…it’s a politically correct & butt covering way of admitting guilt of…a crime.

…OH! And the International Space Station called…they said that ass-tronought Giffor…oops! I meant Kelly…left his brain on his bunk, & it’s stinkin’ th’ place up & they want him to come get it…

  8. hoi polloi boy says:

I wonder if Ducey appointed McSally figuring he could run for the Senate against a Democrat incumbent in 2022 when the seat will be up again. There is nothing more manipulative, deceitful and cunning than a politician, and that goes for 90% of them in both parties.

    • Strom says:

Maybe but we don’t need any more Ducey once his time is up. The real tragedy is that the Arizona Republican party has been destroyed by John McCain and this should serve as an example for the future.

We have a few great Congressmen but they dont want to step up….unfortunately one of the fame hungry ones like Lesko is apt to run for the spotlight and that is another disaster.

      • Casper says:

I trust your insomniac opinions as much as if you advised us to use an electric mower in the rain. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko is a shining star in Arizona’s excellent Republican delegation. You’ve been referred to by other commenters on this site as a troll from the dark side. I see why.

  9. jake sez says:

WOW, Not one supporter of McCarthy gave a comment. The video you present is one of the first he made. I noticed none of the McSally supporters show the last one on NEWS MAX where both candidates’ were interviewed.

About the PPP funds, McCarthy has multiple companies, not just a make-up eraser. The money was for assistance to his employees. I am sure that McSally would do the same thing if she ever started, ran or provided any jobs to the public.

Guess McCarthy going to any and all gatherings of republicans’ to tell of his vison will tell in the final count. I don’t see McSally anywhere except on Kelli Ward’s arm.

    • State Committeeman says:

Yes. As a Demand Daniel supporter, you are definitely in the minority, willing to make excuses for his obscene taxpayer financed money grab for his Chinese-based company. Even you were unable to exhibit pride in his video interview. He should have been prepared instead of acting like a horse’s ass. He obviously thought he did well, since he asked the ‘Sunday Square Off’ host to invite him back.

Demand will, of course, lose the primary. It would be remarkable if he garners 20% of the primary vote. But at least he’ll have a bus with his face plastered on it to drive around and soothe his inflated ego.

  10. jake sez says:

I find it harder and harder to even look at what you write. You are a one idea person. Now trying to tie McCarthy to China. I am at the point that I wonder why you are so tied to McSally and then it dawned on me. Your are two peas in a pod.

While I supported a debate with the winner getting all support behind that person and go together to defeat Kelly. Now, can see if I voted for her I would be giving you support as well. I will not support her. If she wins, I will not vote for her.

    • State Committeeman says:

If you were able to watch the entire Sunday Square Off interview, you would have seen the host ask about the makeup eraser being made in China. Demand never denied it. His exact words were, “That’s irrelevant.” Those were Demand’s words, not mine.

Sorry you don’t like what I write. I guess the truth hurts.

      Watch the interview:

  11. Strom says:

No Casper, you are wrong on all your assumptions. Debbie is just another Press Release Janet in a republican cloak. She was always too busy running for the next office to provide any assistance in the job she was being paid to do.

  12. Casper says:

You obviously don’t know Debbie Lesko or have any familiarity with her background. She was a dedicated conservative while in the state legislature and her colleagues voted her into leadership positions due to her diligence and expansive knowledge of the issues at hand.

It’s a good thing she never served in the military or that would put her even further down in your foolish esteem. You oddly dwell in the arena of venomous hatred for anyone who is dedicated to country and duty.

  13. Strom says:

Debbie was always too busy running for the next office to concentrate on the needs of her constituents. She is a great example of All Hat & No Cattle! But we have several good conservative Reps who should have been our Senator now.

You obviously feel a uniform alone is the only qualification someone needs to represent the people of Arizona. I disagree.
