Leftist AZ Republic goes mute: No mention of Nat’l GOP Convention

Silence of the Leftists reminiscent of Hannibal Lecter

Though you’d never know it if you rely on the radically left-wing, Trump-hating, failing Arizona Republic for news, the 2020 Republican National Convention begins today. The four-day event which will formally re-nominate President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Michael R. Pence, is themed “Honoring the Great American Story.” It will run from Monday Aug. 24 through Thursday Aug. 27 in Charlotte, North Carolina, though it will be mainly virtual due to the restrictions imposed by the Coronavirus. The official website can be accessed HERE.

In addition to televised coverage, there are numerous options available to watch the historic event.

This is the list of scheduled speakers and the theme for each night of the 2020 convention:

The local no-news paper doesn’t want anyone viewing the RNC events, though it gave meticulous coverage to every moment of the Biden-Harris Demoncrat love fest. My still subscribing Dem neighbor who thinks I’m aligned with her views, puts her paper out on top of my trash bin every morning at 8:30 after she reads it. That’s actually a perfect place for it. I tell her how much I appreciate her thoughtfulness and she thinks she’s doing a good deed. I’d never pay for that slop but it’s an instructive insight to the left’s mindset.

Pres. Trump has far surpassed Ronald Reagan as the president I view as the best in my adult lifetime. Reagan was maligned as an “actor” though he was the two term governor of Californian before being elected president. I was a fan of his until he signed the 1968 “bi-partisan” Simpson-Mazzoli bill giving a “one time” amnesty to millions of illegals. Now they and their progeny, along with the multi-millions that have slithered illegally into the US since, vote with Democrats!

    • Patriot Mom says:

Couldn’t agree more! Reagan was later quoted in book I read as saying it was the biggest regret of his presidency. The law was supposedly paired with the promise of strictly controlling the border and harshly penalizing employers who hire illegals, neither of which which were ever enforced.

  3. Strom says:

Hopefully the stories of Trump speaking at the convention every night are not accurate. The only person who can beat Trump is Trump and he needs to concentrate on not doing that.

    • D.B. Cooper says:

Every time President Trump speaks he amplifies the difference between a man who is aware of what’s going on in America and the world at large and Joe Biden who doesn’t know what’s going on in his own basement bunker where he’s been hiding out and being spoon fed demo pablum.

President Trump could be in the running as the best president who appeared just when this country needed him. He has some points that I would like him to changes, like the deficit spending which could destroy us, but no one I can think of was needed so bad at a such a crucial time as President Trump. Could it have been heavenly intervention?

  5. PV PC says:

The Dow has gained nearly 350 points so far today. Just as it tanked during the DNC, last week, it’s reacting favorably to the Republican National Convention and Donald Trump, who has been better for American business than any other president. Prior to the pandemic, the market hit historic highs and employment was at an all time peak.

    • Strom says:

You are right and I have said that two things had to happen for Trump to be reelected…Stock Market regain highs….check and Covid being cured…….that hasn’t happened. Hopefully it will prior to election day or Biden will win.

I think it is too late for either to help Martha though. Hopefully we will have one of our good Reps run for Senate next go round or you will see Lesko start elbowing her way toward the front and we dont need that. Sinema would beat her like a drum.

      • PV PC says:

You think you are cunning as you slide into leftist diatribes after writing something that sounds rational, before lapsing into name calling and referring to women as “lesbians.” You have previously shown yourself to be a radical troll. Posting comments at 4 am, makes it clear that you have a non-traditional lifestyle. I hope SRAZ sees fit to block you.

  6. Longtime GOP PC says:

Like Hannibal Lecter, the Demoncrats are intent on cannibalizing America. Spot-on analogy!

  7. Strom says:

PV PC somehow thinks he can administer Republican purity tests and has some lock on what is right and wrong. Instead of him complaining about me being up at 4 am (working) maybe he should try it himself. I didnt use the word Lesbian in this thread but Sinema is self proclaimed and I wont speak about the others.
