Fellow astronauts slam senator wanna-be Mark Kelly, & Project Veritas’ gun grabbing exposé

“Being an astronaut doesn’t make you a good senator. Martha McSally has the grit and the bipartisan record to continue representing Arizona well”

For a man who endlessly touts his experience being in outer space, Democrat Mark Kelly must have thought someone clipped his oxygen when he read what his fellow astronauts wrote about him in an Op-Ed piece in the seriously ailing local newspaper. Red State’s Becca Lower does a commendable job of covering Kelly‘s calamity, beginning with her initial headline word, “Ouch!”

The less than flattering piece was signed by:

Tom Stafford, a former NASA astronaut, Air Force test pilot and deputy chief of staff for research, development and acquisition.

Charlie Duke, a former astronaut and USAF test pilot.

Jack Lousma, pilot of the Skylab 3 Space Station mission and commander of the third space shuttle orbital test flight.

“As former fighter pilots and test pilots, we know what it takes to get in the cockpit of a fighter jet for a test flight or combat: incredible determination, strength and grit.

That’s why we support Sen. Martha McSally. As the first woman in U.S. history to fly a fighter jet in combat and command a fighter squadron, she broke barriers in the Air Force and the military.

We remember a not-so-distant past when the Air Force wouldn’t let women fly in combat. Instead of sitting down accepting the status quo, McSally stood up, fought for change and made strides for generations of women to follow her.

“Integrity first, Service before self, Excellence in all we do.” That Air Force motto guided McSally’s time in uniform and embodies the way she continues to serve our country by representing Arizona in the Senate.

McSally has a record of bipartisanship, results

McSally delivered results for Arizona. Just look at the stats:

She was ranked as one of the most bipartisan senators last year and tied for the most bills passed into law. Just this year, she introduced legislation to lower the cost of prescription drugs, started the national Veterans Treatment Courts to help improve the lives of veterans, and she helped write the legislation that gave families and small businesses help to get through the novel coronavirus.

Whether it’s helping secure funds for Fort Huachuca, leading on the Drought Contingency Plan or getting Congress to pass land exchanges that give local control back to Arizona, Martha springs into action when her constituents reach out to her with a problem.

While Martha’s record of accomplishments is long and well-documented, her opponent’s positions are largely unknown.

Just like Mark Kelly, we were astronauts. We know what it takes to climb aboard a spacecraft, we’ve done it many times. We’ve flown in the Gemini and Apollo projects, walked on the moon, and combined we’ve spent many days in space. As astronauts and veterans, we honor the service of every single American who has served their country alongside us.

Astronaut’ can’t hide Kelly’s leftist agenda

But having “astronaut” on your resume does not mean you’d be a good U.S. senator. Mark Kelly is hoping Arizonans are so impressed with his background that they ignore the fact that he’s supported radical gun control activists, that his plan for the eventual government takeover of health care would end Medicare as we know it, and that he’d vote to raise our taxes.

On some of the more extreme policies of the Democrat Party, Mark has tried to stay quiet. We can only think of one reason: He doesn’t want to answer for his liberal political views and policies and those of his party.

Frankly, this new Democrat Party is unrecognizable to us. If you told us even one decade ago ideas like police defunding, open borders, ICE abolishment, government-controlled health care, the Green New Deal and major tax increases would be mainstream among Democrats, we wouldn’t have believed you. But here we are.

Candidate differences can’t be more clear

Mark Kelly has to answer for the policies of his party because if he were elected, that’s what would become law in a Democrat-controlled government. They’re planning on taking away the filibuster — the higher vote threshold to pass legislation — to push through their agenda over the objections of hundreds of millions of Americans. This is not hypothetical. Democrats laid out their strategy in plain sight.

McSally has delivered for Arizona, while Mark Kelly embraces Democrat ideology that would be bad for our country — leaving us with less freedoms, less security and less control of our lives.

We know McSally is the fighter Arizona and our country need for this defining moment for future generations. The choice for November is clear, and that’s why we are supporting Sen. Martha McSally.”

And there’s even more deceitful Mark Kelly has to contend with, a rare bit of honesty coming directly from his own staff:

James O’Keefe’s Project Vertias gets the truth of Mark Kelly’s gun grabbing mission straight from the mouth of field organizer Angelica Carpio. She expresses frustration that Kelly’s hiding his true mission in order to get elected.

This is a well-deserved double whammy, sucker-punch day for Mark Kelly. He deserves it all and then some. His unsavory business deals with Communist China have made him very very rich.

Does anyone have a bucket of ice water to pour over and revive the passed out astronaut? He must be reeling.

  2. Frankly Speaking says:

Real Clear Politics exposed Mark Kelly’s nefarious Chi-Com ties in this post, “Mark Kelly Silent on Firm’s Windfall From Chinese Tech Giant.” It explains a lot and is well worth the time it takes to read:

So, here’s a little more on “Uncle Fester”…

…notice at the bottom of the “License to drive a car” BOOLSHEET, there’s the word “GIFFORDS”. That refers to the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. OH…MY…GOD!!! The former ASS TRO NAUGHT-EVER shouldn’t be allowed to run for Dog Catcher!! He must be channeling his inner johnny mcSkidmark!!!

…who….also wanted to make Arizonans register their guns. Whatta’ PIG!

According to many published accounts, Kelly and his wife Gabby, met in the summer of 2003 when both were selected to attend a young leaders’ forum by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. They met again the next year when the group reconvened in Arizona. Kelly was 40, newly divorced, living in Houston with his two daughters. . . .

    Published accounts report:
In 2013, shortly after the Sandy Hook shooting, they founded Americans for Responsible Solutions. The nonprofit advocacy organization works to reduce gun violence. In addition, Giffords serves on the board of the National Institute for Civil Discourse, a nonpartisan advocacy and research center at the University of Arizona, and Kelly serves on three corporate boards and works with Worldview, an aerospace company he co-founded. They travel 60 to 80 percent of the year. “This is our way of serving our country,” says Kelly. . .

    (which country?)

His daughter Claire is pursuing a career in journalism (Walter Cronkite school of journalism).

So, we know Ducey’s on Chinese government documents obtained by the US Government, which counts him as a governor who views the Chinese government in a favorable light. About 1/3 of the governors are noted to be in that category. This, per Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s keynote speech at the Annual Conference of Governors which was held right before the Chinese bio-engineered virus showed up. Timing.

We know that Nancy and Dianne Feinstein have spouses and offspring who have made hundreds of millions doing business with the Chi-Coms.

And then there’s Biden and son who used to have very bad teeth, but not now.

Hollywood and professional sports (NBA and NFL, big time) are in the bag for China.

China owns a lot of our farm and ranch land.
They own the largest meat packing plant in the US.

    And now Kelly seems China-friendly.

Tik Tok, a social media site, is all the rage here in the US. It is operated by the Chinese military. They are gathering info as fast as you post it.

    Same with Huawei.

MORE FROM CHINA, via Texas a few days ago:

Texas State Rep. Gene Wu was born in China. Wu had deep ties to the now-closed Chinazi Consulate in Houston.

Hé tweeted this after hearing POTUS has been infected with China virus:

“Hard to serve a prison sentence if you’re dead” wrote Gene Wu.

    They’re at WAR with US.
    Do you get it now?

I will NEVER vote for anyone who has no allegiance to our Second Amendment rights. Mark Kelly is a gun confiscator for everyone but himself. Remember this?
