Mark Kelly, AZ Dem senate candidate wanted ex-wife jailed

2004 custody dispute court records contradict autobiographical claims of an ‘amicable’ divorce

Many of us remember our parents eagerly awaiting the weekly sitcom known as “The Honeymooners,” starring Jackie Gleason as Ralph Kramden. His well known one liner of exasperation aimed as his wife was, “One of these days, Alice…one of these days…ZOOM…to the Moon!”

Although former astronaut Mark Kelly and current AZ Democrat Senate candidate bears a closer resemblance to creepy Uncle Fester on the “The Addams Family,” he chose to imitate a “Ralph Kramden approach” when it came to his relationship with Amelia, (aka: Amy) his first wife and mother of their two daughters. The Washington Free Beacon reports on the sordid Kelly divorce.

A Galveston, Texas court approved Amelia Kelly’s temporary restraining order against Mark Kelly on Jun. 8, 2004. “[U]nless Mark E. Kelly is immediately restrained from the commission of the act(s) hereinafter prohibited, [he] will commit such act(s) before notice of the hearing on temporary injunction can be served and a hearing had,” the judge in the case wrote.

The court order barred Kelly from communicating with his ex-wife in a “vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent language,” placing anonymous threatening phone calls to her, “causing bodily injury to [her] or the children,” threatening his ex-wife and damaging their property. It also gave his ex-wife temporary custody of the children.

Though Kelly characterized the divorce as “amicable,” the facts tell a very different story.

Kelly and Gabrielle Giffords have repeatedly claimed they met during a 2003 Young Leaders Forum — Kelly was an astronaut and Giffords a Democrat U.S. Rep. representing Tucson — without mentioning it was an all expenses paid indoctrination retreat in China, hosted by the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs. He left his wife shortly thereafter.

Three of his fellow astronauts are no fans of Kelly, and endorsed incumbent Sen. Martha McSally as revealed in this Red State report, headlined,Ouch! Three Astronauts Endorse AZ’s GOP Senator Over Her Astronaut Senate Challenger.”

Mark Kelly, a hypocrite who exempts himself from his well-known Second Amendment restrictions, chairs Giffords PAC which funds far left national congressional candidates who join him in wanting to restrict our gun rights. Unworthy of trust, George Soros-funded Mark Kelly has also accumulated $millions from his nefarious business dealing with China.

The far-left Arizona Republic newspaper has ignored the revolting actions of Mark Kelly, while working double-time attempting to tarnish the image of U.S. Rep. Debbie Lesko (AZ CD-8). Her crime? She’s a popular conservative, with an extensive leadership background in the Arizona legislature prior to being elected to congress.

Incumbent Sen. Martha McSally, endorsed by President Trump, deserves your vote. Mark Kelly has nothing and no one to recommend him.

Thanks for another revealing expose on the deceit of the far left. The candidates and media are intertwined in concealing anything less than grand descriptions of anyone with a “D” accompanying their name. It’s a longstanding double pronged con. It’s also why so many of us check in with Seeing Red AZ.

  2. MAGA Hat Man says:

Election Day is Tuesday. It’s obvious the Arizona Repukelick hasn’t had any intention of covering this legal battle involving Mark Kelly..

We don’t subscribe, but our senior citizen next door neighbor (a Democrat) puts her copy on our doorstep each morning after she reads it, no doubt trying to enlighten us. She flinches when she sees me wearing my bright red Trump cap. We take her out to dinner occasionally, so her politics is well known to us. Her late husband told me that he voted for Donald Trump over Hillary, but didn’t dare tell her.

  3. Marianne says:

I’m surprised Mark Kelly uses his picture in his ads. His radical politics aside, his nightmarish face could scare off potential voters.

Speaking of former wives, this was part of an email found on RHB (Hunter)’s laptop:

To estranged wife Kathleen, Hunter says: ‘Have I ever missed a tuition payment or mortgage payment, a play or a game or anything that ever mattered… Do you know what I’ve done to make that possible.
‘Do you have any idea of the level of degradation?’

He left Kathleen to take up with his brother Beau’s widow before Beau’s bones were cold. Sadly, it looks like Beau’s minor daughter makes some cameo appearances with naked Hunter. Poor Hallie.
    They knew.
    Also,
Joe’s daughter Ashley (a Joe and Jill creation) has been to rehab numerous times. She talked about having to take showers with her father.
Troubled people can say anything. . . .there’s truth in there somewhere.

    THIS MORNING ON CNN:
Failed, former mayor of South Bend, IN, Pete Buttigieg stated that Biden will lock down the entire country as soon as he is installed.
Disney character Pete is already slurping at the trough, having been promised a cabinet position.

Remember what Biden recently said, for the world to see and hear:

The Demanders will still back Kelly because of their blind hatred of McSally

    • Villanova says:

Demand Daniel McCarthy was soundly kicked to the curb, as he deserved to be. If his shortsighted faction withhold their votes from McSally, they will be guaranteeing a Democrat senate that will be a nightmare for Pres. Trump (who I pray will be reelected in a landslide) and the rest of us. McCarthy has never had the decency or good sense to concede to McSally, but he has now started his own political party! If any of his followers who join up with his foolishness are elected Republican Precinct Committeemen, they are in violation of the MC Bylaws and need to be removed from the party ranks. They can’t serve two masters.

      • jake sez says:

168,000 republicans voted for McCarthy. That you want to throw that many people out of the republican party makes me wonder about your good sense. Just because people disagreed with you that doesn’t make them wrong it just shows that the party can acknowledge that different views can be tolerated. It seems that the tolerance does not extend to you.

Since the election has occurred, I as well as many others, have joined in the fight to get McSally elected. Not because we think she is the best candidate, but because we don’t want the democrat. The more I hear from people like yourself, the more I feel you are right. I should leave the party.

  6. VINOAZ says:

Democrats are fools and either ignorant, stupid or mentally ill. Immigrants to AZ from blue states should not be allowed to vote for 10 years. They come here and vote for the crap that they left!

  7. Kathy says:

Lining up in a HUGE TRUMP parade right now in Peoria! God bless America!!! Vote Red!!! Love my Country and We the People PATRIOTS!!!

  8. jojo says:

I agree with Jake. I’ve never voted for McSally and will support anyone who primaries her after this election. She is nothing but a bought & paid for left-over McCain stain. I held my nose and a barf bag as I voted for her. It was NOT a vote for her but for our great President, whom she has bad mouthed and stabbed in the back.

    • Trump Supporter says:

Sen. Martha McSally is not John McCain. As to your foolish charge that she has bad-mouthed and stabbed President Trump in the back, you seem to have missed the fact that the president has repeatedly complimented and endorsed her. She’s been on stage with him at his Arizona events, three of which I’ve attended.

You Demand Daniel folks followed a moronic pied piper off the cliff and are now making fools of yourselves. Not only was he drubbed at the primary, but he didn’t have the common courtesy to concede and is now launching his own political party. That’s not only ridiculous, but has no chance of being viable. McCarthy lost to McSally 24.77% to her 75.20%. That’s known as a loss of seismic proportions.

President Trump needs every Republican senator to keep his agenda going. We need him and he needs her.
