Persistence pays off: Judge rules in favor of AZ election audit

Today we return to Gateway Pundit for the latest coverage regarding questions that have hung like a dark cloud over the reliability of Arizona’s November 2020 election results.

This is the compelling headline: “HUGE BREAKING NEWS: Judge Rules Maricopa County Must Provide 2.1 Million Ballots From 2020 to Arizona Senate for Audit.”

The report includes this statement (click to enlarge) from Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, in which she expresses gratitude on behalf of Senate Republicans to the Superior Court Judge for issuing a ruling that the senate subpoenas are legal and enforceable, and it is entitled to audit voting equipment and ballots used in the November 2020 election.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason issued the ruling that will answer questions about the integrity of the balloting process. Arizonans deserve no less.

This is long awaited good news! It will provide verification of the Arizona general election results that have left many of us questioning how voters replaced democrat ideologue Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes, who oversaw registration and early voting, with Republican Stephen Richer, and kept all of our GOP Congressional seats and numerous other offices, but suddenly jumped ship to vote for feeble Joe Biden. It didn’t make sense in November and it makes less sense now.

Anthem Al, Mike Lindell will make sense of the mess with his video–

      • Anthem Al says:

        WOW!! DOUBLE WOW!!
Lindell goes through the irregularities, deception and outright fraud state by state, with Arizona at the front of the list. This is outrageous and needs to be seen by everyone.

I try to stay on top of these things, but completely missed this. Thank you for posting it, Sam Fox!

Anthem Al You are welcome. I have been putting this link everywhere I can. Now we know a little bit more how deep AND wide the Deep State is. It’s very old as well.

I’d like to see a debate of sorts where Lindell’s IT experts go against any detractors.

Also note that the video is at, not YouTube. YT won’t run it. Gee. I wonder why? :-)

I got the video from One American News Network. They played it every 4 hours or so for a whole weekend a few weeks ago.

NewsMax is good as well, but they have yet to mention Absolute Proof as far as I know.

Even Sebastian Gorka was afraid to discuss the video with Mike.

The voter rolls regularly need to be purged of all outdated registrations as people move and die. Participating in our election process is a fundamental right, but having all mail-in ballots that roll over from election to election, without requiring new applications is a recipe for disaster. If you believe in free and fair elections, realize they take effort to achieve. It’s not too much to ask that we stop enabling fraud in exchange for convenience.

We were previously generous charitable donors but have steeply curtailed our donations because we refuse to support illegal aliens, and the majority of charities, especially church related, funnel money to illegals and conspire to harbor them. Our border is left vulnerable as Biden’s string-pulling puppeteers have stopped construction on the wall fast tracking more destitute Central Americans and Mexicans into our country, who will strain our already virus-weakened economy as they collect benefits. The demon-crats can’t get enough of what they view as future dems.

Our donations now go to organizations that assist our wounded veterans and first responders who have worked to protect America.

Our favorite is Tunnel to Towers, due to it’s efforts to construct accessible homes for severely disabled vets: It was supported by Rush Limbaugh.

President Trump was the sole conservative to lead this country in my lifetime. It definitely wasn’t Ronald Reagan who signed the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli legislation (erroneously called the “Immigration and Control Act”) to grant amnesty to “just” 3 – 4 million Mexicans.

It legalized Mexican nationals who illegally entered the United States before the magical date of January 1, 1982 and had resided there continuously with the penalty of a fine, paying back taxes, and admitting their guilt. Guess how far that foolishness went? The law breaking invaders were required to prove that they were not guilty of crimes, (Reagan gave them a pass on the initial and international crime of breaking and entering), that they were in the country before January 1, 1982, and that they possessed at least a minimal knowledge about U.S. history, government, and the English language. How was that supposed to be enforced when they were Spanish speakers with no education and breaking our laws to begin with?

Reagan spoke more articulately than Trump, but was a trained Hollywood actor who headed up the Screen Actor’s Guild union.
Trump was a non-politician businessman who got things done which is why it was imperative he was removed from office.

  5. Patriot Mom says:

Pres. Trump was a welcomed political anomaly. Unlike others who have been longtime politicians, Donald Trump was beholden to no one. He worked for us!! I will definitely be tuned in for his speech to CPAC tomorrow.
