Teachers unions, CDC unite in stalling school openings

The New York Post confirms what many have suspected regarding the collaboration between the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and its influence on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), relative to reopening America’s public schools. Reporter Jon Levine has written an outstanding exposé titled, “Powerful teachers union influenced CDC on school reopenings, emails show.”

CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and AFT President Randi Weingarten are revealed as colluding influence peddlers, as the well-funded teachers union lobbied the Biden administration, which it supported as longstanding donors to national democrat candidates.

Read the opening paragraph before you scroll thorough the contributions of the National Education Association (NEA) and the American Federation of Teachers. The Center for Responsive Politics which details their contributions, notes that the unions give at least 94 percent of their $multimillion political contributions to democrats.

The dues paying educrat teachers, who are being paid for not teaching this year, are the same ones who went out on strike in Arizona and other states, abandoning over 840,000 Arizona students, in violation of their contractual agreements. They demanded and received a 20 percent pay increase for their part-time jobs from Gov. Doug Ducey, who caved after declaring he would not agree to their demands. They are also the ones who spend more time influencing American children than many parents do. Remember, self admitted Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders had strong primary election support from younger voters, who have no concept of the harsh realities of Socialism, as detailed by noted historian Lee Edwards, Ph.D.

  1. Observer says:

Dues paying members of the far left dominated teachers’ unions endorsed and supported incoherent Joe Biden and democrat senate candidates over their Republican counterparts. In addition to his support by billionaire George Soros,

AZ Sen. Mark Kelly topped out the list of senate candidates in the amount of money he amassed during his initial race, despite being outed as colluding with China on lucrative business deals that made him a multimillionaire many times over. His most recent filing with the Federal Election Commission show he has already amassed $4,417,688.93 in preparation for the 2022 election. He was a short term candidate, elected to fill the unexpired term of Sen. Martha McSally.

  2. Arizona Conservative Guy says:

Kelly and his wife Gabby Giffords are friends of Barack Obama who invited them as WH and congressional guests. He’s even more dangerous than his AZ senate seatmate Kyrsten Sinema, a former Green Party candidate, who has calculatingly toned down her rhetoric. It’s imperative we win back our AZ Republican Senate seats. The United States is in perilous shape with the senate balance so rocky and the dems working to expand the US Supreme Court and grant statehood to DC and Puerto Rico, ensuring 4 new dem US Senators, which will permanently tip the balance of power in their favor, the US Constitution be damned!

  3. Mohave Mike says:

Mark Kelly wants to hamstring the Second Amendment. He is the founder of Giffords PAC which funds democrat US House and Senate gun control candidates. If you value our Constitutional rights, it’s crucial extremist Mark Kelly is challenged by a conservative candidate, who also has the ability to raise sufficient campaign funds. Commenter Doc has perfectly identified his likeness by calling him “Uncle Fester,” from the old TV show, The Munsters.

Very easy…just refuse to pay your property taxes (RE) that are allocated to school districts that refuse to reopen their classes. Money talks.

    • Braveheart says:

That’s a great idea…IF you want to lose your family home to foreclosure. Property taxes are not optional.

      • bronis02 says:

Tell that to the Sun City folks…easy to sit back and do nothing…talk is cheap

    • Braveheart says:

That was written into the original deals made with the senior developments. I disapprove of the premise, since other taxpayers paid to educate their now middle aged kids, Most of the Sun City, Leisure World, Youngtown (etc) residents could buy and sell the rest of us. They might be our grandparents, but they are self indulgent and greedy.

      • bronis02 says:

I have met teachers with that same viewpoint. Are u possibly a “teacher” or just interested in “equity for all”

    • Braveheart says:

I would never have been a teacher, though I have mentored young professionals in my field throughout my career. Teachers prioritize their far left unions over providing a decent education to the students in their charge. Equity for all is socialism. As a conservative, I believe in reaping the rewards of your own labor.

  5. VINOAZ says:

Public employees should not be allowed to unionize.

    • State Committeeman says:

I agree! Those whose salaries are paid by taxpayers, should not view us as their adversaries and organize against us.

  6. Patriot Mom says:

Just finished reading the link on the harsh realities of Socialism provided by the Heritage Foundation in today’s post. It’s a truly great article that should be regarded as mandatory reading in homes across America. Turn off the television and put cell phones away, provide a healthy snack and make it a family time priority. Ask questions intermittently as you read, and make sure your children understand the precipice we are standing on as a nation. It can’t be a monotoned lecture. Instilling patriotism and knowledge has to be interactive. They’re not getting this in the neighborhood government schools.

I can not remember which great economist stated that the more you pay people to not work, the more people you will have that don’t work.

  8. MAGA Hat Man says:

Leftwing college students ignorantly support socialism until it’s applied to their own GPA. Watch:
