U.S. Rep. Paul Gosar sponsors 10-year moratorium on immigration

As the Biden administration dismantles the border wall President Trump was erecting along our southern border, allowing unparalleled numbers of illegal aliens to enter the United States, Arizona Republican Congressman Paul Gosar, D.D.S. (CD-4) is doing more than shaking his head in disbelief. Be sure to read the explanatory statement he has issued after introducing legislation providing a 10-year moratorium on all immigration into the United States. Gosar’s bill is H.R.4643.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provides the latest number of what it euphemistically refers to as ‘Criminal Noncitizen Statistics’ for Fiscal Year 2021. In addition to the crime of illegally invading our country, these are people who have a history of criminal convictions — often multiple convictions — ranging from homicides, drug trafficking, sexual offenses, deadly drunk-and-wrong-way drivers and numerous categories in-between. Unaccompanied minors are often transported by depraved pedophiles who continue their obscene criminality once here.

During May and June of this year alone, nearly a half million illegal aliens were encountered by CBP. These numbers peaked during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the illegals are neither detained nor checked for the virus as they are transported across the United States for resettlement. The statistics for FY 2021, are mind-boggling with 1,277,722 illegal entries up to June.

Arizona is fortunate to have a resolute patriot such as Congressman Paul Gosar addressing the harsh realities to which too many others turn a blind eye.

  1. Mike says:

Why only 10 years? This should be indefinite.

  2. Arizona Conservative Guy says:

I applaud Congressman Gosar, but wonder why the other AZ GOP members of congress have not signed on to this responsible resolution. All I can conclude is they are becoming politically correct wuses.

  3. Longtime GOP PC says:

Cowardice and political correctness are not the qualities that cause me to donate to or support any candidates, but especially on the congressional level where the margins are razor thin. Our delegation needs to grow a spine.

    Bravo, Congressman Gosar!

  4. Mr. & Mrs. America says:

Just visited Rep, Gosar’s “awards an recognition“ page on his website and urge all of the conservative readers who assemble here to check them out for yourselves.

Rep. Gosar has knocked it outt’a the park with his high scores. My only regret is that we don’t have him as our U.S. representative, but we’ll be sending him a campaign donation to thank him for his perseverance on our behalf in DC.
