Wyoming GOP votes to cancel Liz Cheney as a Republican

Republicrat U.S. Representatives and Senators reap what they sow

Emulating the wisdom exhibited by Arizona’s elected state committeemen at the 2014 annual Statutory Meeting of the Arizona Republican Party, when 1,210 committeemen voted to censure then-Sen. John McCain, Wyoming’s GOP central committee has voted to no longer recognize Rep. Liz Cheney as a Republican. She is the lone U.S. Representative for the state’s at-large district.

There comes a time when bold moves are required to address treachery. Having a U.S. member of Congress who ran under the GOP banner to gain support and then show their leftist underbellies is worthy of contempt, which is exactly what Liz Cheney, like John McCain before her, deserves. Reacting to the humiliation that made the national news, vengeful McCain and his operatives attempted to purge conservative elected precinct committeemen (PCs) from the party’s leadership. He relied on funding supplied by out-of-state, high dollar donors, including Obama-supporting democrats, involved in the deceptively named, Alexandria, Virginia based, Arizona Grassroots Action PAC,* which raised nearly $300,000 to defeat the elected PCs, who are the backbone of the AZ GOP.

In May, a defiant Cheney was removed from her position as House GOP conference chair over her anti-Trump stance. Her parting words were, “I will do everything I can to ensure that the former president never again gets anywhere near the Oval Office.”  Wyoming Republicans have remembered those words.

Cheney, who voted for the impeachment of President Donald Trump, is deserving of whatever sanctions the Wyoming GOP lodges against her. Her spokesman, in attempting to defend her, referred to President Trump “as a dangerous and irrational man.”

Of Cheney he said, “She is bound by her oath to the Constitution. Sadly a portion of the Wyoming GOP leadership has abandoned that fundamental principle and instead allowed themselves to be held hostage to the lies of a “dangerous and irrational man.”

On the occasion of the Wyoming GOP’s canceling her as a Republican, Cheney used her paid political flack as a mouthpiece, rather than have the obnoxious quotes spew directly from her mouth, though she and her leftwing stance speak for themselves.

HOO-RAY! The more RINOs that can be routed from our party, the better. Now let’s go for Romney, Markowski, and Collins.

  2. Patriot PC says:

Now it’s our turn to use the cancel culture YAY!!!

  3. Longtime GOP PC says:

Liz Cheney thought being the daughter of a former Vice President could protect her. She was wrong. Trump supporters speak louder, and we will not be silenced. He may never head the ticket again, but he showed us what could be done and gave us a voice.

  4. East Valley Conservative says:

John McCain was a leftist interloper who left his family in Florida when he moved to Phoenix to marry mega-wealthy beer heiress Cindy McCain. The political path was paved for him by the power broker friends of his new father-in-law. He ran one US Congressional term in the East Valley, (trying, but never succeeding) to replace retiring Congressman John Rhodes, the well respected House Minority Leader. McCain had nothing to recommend him for the congressional seat, but he had a father-in-law determined to have him do more than live off Cindy Lou. Jim Hensley characterized John as a war hero, rather than the traitorous, secret spilling, cad he was and got the Phoenix Forty big money apparatus to support him.and from there it was on to the US Senate, where he formed alliances with democrats and poked a finger in the eyes of Republicans. I only voted for McCain one single time, (holding my nose) when he ran against Obama. Turns out we would have gotten the same treatment with either of them. After Barack Obama won, McCain was a frequent visitor and advisor to BO.

  5. Trevor says:

People like Cheney and Fake Lake are democrat proxies and nothing more.

  6. Frankly Speaking says:

Liz Cheney better start looking for another job. She’d fit in well with the dimocraps…if they’d trust her. Being a backstabber is not a sought after qualification.
