Partisan Reinhart should have recused himself.
Bruce Reinhart, the U.S. Magistrate Judge who signed the warrant authorizing the reprehensible FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida home, is far from a neutral party in these contemptible proceedings. He was not, however, appointed to his post by President Trump, as is being reported.
Although Reinhart was sworn in as United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida on March 14, 2018, while Trump was president, Trump had no oversight in his appointment. Unlike U.S. district judges, who are nominated by the president and confirmed by the United States Senate for lifetime tenure, magistrate judges are appointed by a majority vote of the federal district judges of a particular district and serve limited terms. Reinhart is tenth in the line of seniority and the only magistrate on this list lacking a link.
Hardly a disinterested citizen, political partisan Reinhart donated thousands of dollars to former President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and his victory fund in 2008. He also donated to political opponents of Donald Trump during the 2016 election, including $500 to Jeb Bush.
In one of Reinhart’s online posts, he praised former congressman and civil rights activist John Lewis by quoting Robert Reich who said, “Donald Trump doesn’t have the moral stature to kiss John Lewis’s feet.”
Reinhart also betrayed his disdain for Trump by revealing that he tried to ‘ignore’ the then president elect’s tweets.

Bruce Reinhart defended Lois Lerner who deleted two years of emails during the IRS scandal that resulted in her resignation. Lerner, an IRS honcho, purposely targeted conservative groups challenging their applications for tax exempt status.

There has always been a double standard in the “lame stream” media when it comes to conservatives and leftists. But Americans have wised up. We can thank Rush Limbaugh’s daily tutoring for that. I do miss him!
Excellent reminder! Rush made us all more astute and savvy. We no longer accept what is fed to us without looking deeper and often finding a much different set of facts than we were initially given. He was solidly behind President Trump, who gifted him with the well deserved Presidential Medal of Freedom at an emotional ceremony.
Large sectors of the federal gubmint is corrupt beyond rehabilitation. The DOJ tops the list, followed by the Intelligence Community and the IRS. I’m just so thrilled that our fair minded Senators voted to double the size of the IRS.

Trust democrats at your own peril…even if you’re related to them. They vote against our country. Today’s dems are more akin to Russia and China then they are to the USA. Thank them for the Biden administration with outrageous inflation and ever increasing taxes as the icing on their putrid cake. We’ve cut several turncoats from our social circle. It’s impossible to enjoy ourselves with people who are ensuring disaster for our children and grandchildren.

After the RAID on Trump’s home, the proposed legislation coming to a vote, many of you asked what you could do. Here’s what I did and recommend for others: I called the Washington office of all the dims who are House Members in AZ and asked them to vote “NO!” on the proposed legislation to hire 87,000 more IRS Agents – which, by the way, are told they will carry a gun and be prepared to use deadly force.
I suggested that if they really wanted to help the IRS, use money to upgrade their computers systems and software – or, if they had money burning a hole in their pocket, they should hire more border patrol to stop the unvetted, uneducated, unvax’ed and unskilled ILLEGALS FROM CROSSING OUR BORDER illegally!
I don’t think politicians care what the voters think.. My Congresscritter O’Halloran only cares about what Speaker Pelosi tells him to do.
So, on the application form (said application has been taken down from said website a couple-0-hours ago…) it asks if the applicant “CAN” carry a firearm. Then it “asks” if said applicant is willing to use “Deadly Force”. Now…HONESTLY, most of these pencil pusher/bean counters will SAY that they are, but I’d say…maybe 10 to 15% would/could ACTUALLY DO IT. What the application DOESN’T ASK is, “Are you willing to RECEIVE DEADLY FORCE?” For the eye~arra~ess to NOT ask THAT question speaks VOLUMES as to their chicanery! Body armor isn’t gonna’ stop those that train NOT to shoot “center of mass”…aim a little higher. The upper echelon management isn’t gonna’ go door-2-door…they’re gonna’ send these rookies out to get slaughtered, ‘cuz there’s a LOT of Americans that simply AIN’T GONNA’ PUT UP WITH THIS CRAPOLA from sum pencil pushin’ keyboard cowboy, & are willing to STAND UP! I Swear these idjits are TRYIN’ TA’ start another civil war!! Like they’ll win…git in yer prius & go home before ya’ git hurt…yer mama’s callin’ ya’!!
This action will backfire on the democrats in the upcoming General Election, but even more so in 2024. We can sit back and watch the implosion. Democrats have the economy to point to with pride. Oh, wait….I forgot….we are suffering though record-breaking inflation. That should stand them in good stead….NOT!
